Great food but staff extremely rude. Very arrogant felt as was being watched when I asked a question about our menu. Waiter super rude when brought drinks down. Called “your some pair” by our server when requesting a dietary need which is extremely unprofessional. Got...spoken to like a child when I got confused about something in our set menu as was not explained on online menu which we were encouraged to use. Would not recommend going there if your not in the mood to be spoken to like a child!More
Came here on the first night just before park closing so got in really quick.
As always, it was busy, loud but brilliant, tasty food!
My partner had the 50/50 burger and I had the blue cheese burger. Both burgers cooked perfectly to our liking...and the Cast Members were friendly.
Will definitely be coming back!More
My partner and I visited in November 2021 after a day at the park, we left around 7pm and before the fireworks and still waited around 45 minutes to get into the restaurant.
Once we got into the restaurant there was a clear language barrier...and we almost felt we were being avoided as no one wanted to try and speak to us? After around 15 minutes we finally got a menu and the food was nothing short of underwhelming, was probably the same price if not more expensive than planet Hollywood which had much better food and staff.
We had to flag down around 4 different people to try and get the bill and still waited around 30 minutes just to try and pay.
Honestly some of the worst service I've ever seen and average at best overpriced food.More
We went to Annette's because we'd heard they were famous for their amazing massive burgers and its one of the few places in disneyland that have a vegetarian option on the menu. My boyfriend and I shared the Veggie Burger, which to our disappointment and...surprise was actually just a stack of cold vegetables with a skewer through them. When I spoke to the waiter (Dan) to say we were expecting a burger to at least have bread, his response was 'but this one is made for vegetarians'. Firstly I was shocked to learn that bread apparently has meat in it (I will have to change my diet quite considerably if that is the case), and secondly I pointed out that our friend's meat burger came with bread even though, like the veggie burger, it doesn't list bread in the ingredients on the menu. The waiter's ingenious response to that was 'but that one's a burger'. In which case I'd like to know what I ordered because the menu item said veggie BURGER when last I checked. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful. Terrible service and terrible food. Disney might be the happiest place on earth but Annette's is the WORST.More
All I can say is.. WOW. Awful. The most terrible staff I’ve ever experienced, even worse as it’s in Disney, where everyone is supposed to be happy and helpful, but they are far from it. Food was diabolical as well, 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Really lovely team serving, great atmosphere and food was delicious. Great value and really fun experience. Definitely one to add to your list to visit. Exceptionally clean, realky focus on covid safety and felt standards were very high. Burgers amazing 😄
We came here twice during our stay at Disney as it’s a personal favourite of ours and it did not disappoint.
Excellent service both times, tasty food and decent portion sizes. We love the atmosphere here and we can not wait to come back during...our next trip - we always have to come on our first day at Disney!More
After having a horrible experience with food the night before at another restaurant in the Disney village, this was brilliant. It doesn't look as good outside but the food is far better. It has a good atmosphere in it too. We had a burger and...chips each and it was really good. Really generous portions too which was good after a long day in the parks.More
