El Ancla is the best local spot to lunch while in Lobitos.
Everything is cooked fresh, Paquita's attention to the client will make you feel as if you are having lunch cooked by your Peruvian mother. The food is as good as it gets!

Good food. It has an economic Menu option for 15 soles. In addition, the guys who serve you offer you alcohol to disinfect your hands and wear masks.
