I have eaten at the Grand Hotel over the last few years and the food is definitely worse. The helpings are still large but the quality has diminished. Very expensive for average food.

Service is questionable, not very attentive and tables are often left messy. Portions are very large. The two for one is good value.

Had a mid week special evening meal here and I must compliment the chef for a piping hot full of flavour meal. I had rib eye steak and my wife had a chicken dish and we were really impressed with the quality of both dishes.
