We dined here on our last night in brides let bains. Food and service was excellent. I would like to make special compliment to the scallops main course. They were cooked to perfection, well done chef,!!!.

Beautiful dinner to end perfect ski days

We went here all 4 nights for dinner, we were in Brides-les-Bains. We had lovely meals each time and very courteous service. Fondue, Tartiflette, and cheese plates with local Savoie region cheeses, were point on. The menus were delicious, loved the cannette and trout, each cooked to absolute perfection. The chestnut velouté was a revelation. And the ile flottante with tropical fruits was one of the best things I have eaten in France

Great flair and food

Ate here as we were staying at the hotel for four nights on a skiing holiday. Food and service were very good with some gastronomic flair on menu. Was a little pricey but worth it for a treat.

The best of a poor selection in Brides.

I stayed here twice this winter, and found that the restaurant is OK for a night or two, but limited for a longer stay. Desserts are excellent where every plate is a work of art, but the chef needs to work harder on the mains which are rather bland, and menu choice is limited. We had a vegetarian in our party, and found that the hotel offered the same vegetarian option every night. He was also served an amuse bouche described as cheese, which turned out to be fish! After a couple of nights we found ourselves making the long drive up to Meribel (where te excellent Tsaretta Spice is highly recommended).

Dear Rick E., Thank you for your commentary about your stay. For vegetarians, we have indeed only one proposition of main course in the card, but if you ask it, our Chef and his staff will be happy to can make you another veggie option. You stayed in our hotel during a fully-booked period, so with 100 persons it is possible that our breakfast needs to be restocked at a moment. Concerning the ride until Meribel, it is 20 mn by gondola, as you note Brides-les-Bains is a good option if you don’t want an expensive resort. It’s an inconvenient, but an advantage too. However, we admit that we don’t understand your remark about the choice of restaurants in the village. Indeed, we have a dozen including our own restaurant "La Table du Golf" and our cellar bar where you can taste tapas, fondues and desserts prepared by our pastry chef. or your next stay, don’t hesitate to ask us. Despite that, we are happy that you liked your room and the cleanliness of our hotel and hope to welcome you again during your next ski stay. Kind regards,

Restaurant is terrible

Food is terrible. Took 2 hours to get the food. I don't think they have a chef. They probably warn the food in a microwave or something. We’re living at the hotel which is nice but the restaurant is terrible.

No title could do this restaurant justice!

Exceptional food - we stayed for 4 nights (on a ski break) and every night were so impressed with the food - varied, beautifully presented, delicious to eat - it was something to look forward to every day. If you're considering this hotel, we can't rate the food highly enough - awesome, fantastic - and brilliant value. Attentive & friendly staff throughout, to complete a wonderful stay at this hotel. Book to stay here before they get a Michelin rating because that's undoubtedly what it's worth! If I could give this review more than 5 ticks, I would!

Amazing !

The food is incredible. We stayed for a week sampling the day's menu every single day. I have two teenage boys and they were amazed about the presentation and taste of the dishes. Great price for the 3/4 course menu. Breakfast is very complete and delicious as well Our congratulations to the Chef and to Maite ( Restaurant Manager , I think)who made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is very nice and the people who works there as well. We are definitely coming back ! Great value for money

The plates were just pictures

Typical plating, it looks like beautiful little paintings. We even make pictures of it. The menu during the week was excellent. We have one remark. Because of a stomach reduction was 1/2 portion not possible. So instead of half portion seizes either starters or deserts had to be skipped

While the food was good, the portions were extra small!!! I'm also staying at this hotel and will not have dinner here again Thank good there was bread on the table. Due to that fact I don't think there is good value for money here

Gourmet Dinners

We were part of a larger group of Canadian skiers (over 60 people) staying at the the Golf Hotel for a week. We were totally spoils with the four course gourmet dinners prepared by Chef Sebastian with a great deal of attention to detail. The variety, presentation aside the meals were delicious and a work of art. Each day brought with it yet another delight. I would highly recommend eating at this restaurant . It made our vacation very special .

Stayed her for a week and ate breakfeast and dinner at the Golf Restaurant everyday. Breakfeast had everything you could want and was well.laid out. But the dinners were exceptional! Fine French cuisine with Savoie flair. Each evening is a dining delight, Matched with some nice Savoie wine and you cannot go wrong. A beautiful gastronomic experience every night!
