Living in rural France, it’s hard to find excellent food that isn’t just pasta or cheese. Due to end of season it was a set menu. We asked on the phone if we could have something different and they accommodated with no fuss. We had cured salmon, beef fillet and chocolate fondant. It was the best food I’ve had in the 3 months of living here. The interiors was perfect, the waiter Michel was fanatic. Hats off the the chef and the food was most superb! Couldn’t of asked for the better meal. They really know what they are doing!

Had dinner in here on a Saturday night and really enjoyed it. Restaurant is nice and homely too with staff being very attentive. My steak was more medium than rare but very tasty and other dishes we had equally so. Wine list is broad but we stayed with local savoyarde producers and weren’t disappointed once. Definitely worth a visit, but probably best to book in advance.

As our hotel across the street did not have a good restaurant nor service, 4 of us were openly welcomed to dine, even tho we did not have a reservation. Upon entering the hotel/restaurant I observed the decor. It is lovely with a chic modern style with elegance. Service was friendly with smiles and all spoke english and we had some laughs with the waiter. But the best part and to a nice surprise, the food was fantastic! The portions were not large but appropriate for the high quality of the dishes and you did get full. The prices matched the dish and quality of the food. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant!

Great restaurant we found when everything else was booked up. Nice decor, attentive staff and sea bream tartar was magnificent. Great food at cheaper price than some of the other eateries

As the title indicates, what could have been a very good rating ended up being poor due to the poor service provided. Service was initially slow and only got worse as the night wore on. I debated whether or not to order desert and regretted that I did. After waiting for over thirty minutes I started to get up to leave when the waiter finally got the message. He offered to wave the desert and coffee but when the bill finally arrived it was still there.

I ate twice at this restaurant this week, having really enjoyed it two years ago as a guest of the hotel (which unfortunately was not available this time). Both times I had the Menu of the Day, for 30 euro for three courses. The food was beautifully presented, very tasty, and a bit 'special' but without being too rich - perfect, in other words, for eating every night on a ski break. The restaurant is also very nice inside and what really makes it, especially if you are travelling alone as I was, is the warmth and courtesy of the staff - they made me feel welcome and were very attentive without being over bearing. My favourite place to eat at the Three Valleys.

We came here as this restaurant was so highly rated on trip advisor but we weren't very impressed. The service took forever to take our order, one of our starters was very nice (the gnocchi) but the mains weren't good (different fish dishes), they had no flavour, were luke warm and when we only ate half and mentioned this to the waiter we got no response or reaction at all. The one dessert we had (pastry with chestnut mousse) which we'd had to order at the same time as our mains wasn't very nice either. This is our second week in the 3 valleys and third restaurant we've tried in Brides (after lovely authentic Le Montagne and the fantastically friendly and tasty Les Marmottes) and this was easily the worst of the trip. Maybe it was an off day but by our experience it certainly doesn't deserve to be a recommendation on Trip Advisor.

We found this restaurant by accident, from the main road it is located up a driveway - close to the Petite Auberge pub. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, staff were friendly and happy, and food was very tasty and reasonably priced. I would advise booking a table in advance.

We were there on half board and the dinners were simply outstanding. While the meals were intended to be on the lower caloric side, they were not low on quality or taste. For five days were were amazed by the creations of the Chef. It was definitely a highlight to our stay at the hotel of the same name.

Very nice staff, reasonable price, very tasty food and good local wines. We had fondue, to try some local speciality. There is a lot of space in the restaurant, so it will be no problem to eat here also without reservation.

Varied menu (changes daily) with flexible catering for any allergies. The 3 or 4 course waiter served meals are delicious....highlight of the evening! Buffet style breakfast includes eggs, sausages as well as a full continental choice to suit everyone's taste.

My 3* rating here may seem a little stingy as the bar is a very nice place to be with cosy sofas and nice decor, separated by a glass wine 'showcase' from a modern yet also rustic dining room with wooden features. The slight let down is that he Eu28 no-choice menu du jour was rather stingy and thus somewaht expensive for what is was. Poached egg on spinach, not very warm beef bourgignon with tagliatelle and then rather small apple flan. It was all nicely cooked and with very good service. Perhaps perversely, the a la carte menu, though nominally more expensive, seemed to offer better value. Salmon gravlax starter at Eu12 seemed expensive until you saw it - it was almost like a main course - and the rump steak at Eu 20 was a fine a cut of beef as you will get. A bit better vaue on the menu du jour and I would give it another star, so don't be put off.

Amazing food,,efficient service, beautifully refurbished restaurant and bar area with up to the minute fabrics and upholstery - What I saw I can I highly recommend. I believe the whole hotel has recently been refurbished, but haven't seen the accommodation, so cannot honestly review the bedrooms, An elevator has been added within the stylish reception area. the restaurant is chic and has been expertly designed and brought into the 21st century. Stunning -

Stylish place, fine food, but just enough quantities. Slightly more expensive than the area average, very welcoming staff
