Lovely food, must book ahead if going on a Friday or Saturday

Came here initially because it was the only place in Brides les Bains we could find a Guinness on tap! Ended up revisiting on a Friday night for early dinner, walked in at 6.45pm and luckily managed to grab a table. While we were eating we saw a few couples and groups who turned up after 7pm and were turned away due to being fully booked. It's easy to see how they get booked up quite early, the food was great, atmosphere was the liveliest we saw in the small town and price was reasonable. We had the house cheeseburger and it was huge and filling, with loads of flavour. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're staying in Brides les Bains.

Busy and delicious

We arrived straight after skiing and were welcomed into the warm friendly bar area. We enquired when the kitchen opened and if there was room for us to eat and we booked at table when the restaurant opened. We were lucky as the place was fully booked once the restaurant opened. It offered a simple but enticing menu including fresh pizzas and traditional alpine food. We both had pizzas which were well cooked and tasty. The service was great. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in brides Les bains.

Not the best restaurant in Brides-les-Bains

Good morning. The waiters are friendly, even if all the main courses were not served at the same time. The cerès fondue was unfortunately not very tasty, too much wine and the mushrooms were full of water. For the plate of scallops we were left hungry, a side dish was missing. The tarte tatin is excellent, homemade with good dough and the apples are well caramelized. For digestives, there is a choice and they are of quality.

We booked for the 31st of January to celebrate New Year at the restaurant. Can’t complain about the food because it was really good, but the service was awful. As it was New Year’s Eve there was a special menu, which was totally fine, although we were sat at the table for about 15 minutes and nobody explained what the menu consisted of. We had to ask for one. When the food arrived, we had to ask the waitress to bring some water and bread. Finally, when we asked for the bill, we noticed they charged us with a wine that was almost double the price than the one we ordered. Fortunately we checked the bill and told them to amend the mistake. While we were having dinner we noticed some other tables also experienced this poor customer service. The food was really good but I dare to say the service was extremely poor for a diner of €150.

Very disappointed, the grilled fries, the top of the burger so hard that we couldn't cut it, the steak not salty and well cooked even though it had been requested rare. The waitress asked us if it had gone well and when we told her that the meal was average, the answer given was that it was explained by the variety of potatoes and she told us directly our number. table to go and settle.

The setting is nice. We were a large table, we had the pleasure of being served all at the same time, the dishes are very good. Too bad, however, that my Italian burger was served cold. Thank you for the limoncello at the end of the meal, too bad the waitress spilled it on me out of awkwardness, anorak, sweater, scarf stained and still wet the next morning!

Good grub

Managed to get a table provided we were done by 830. No problem ! Service was a little slow but added a relaxed vibe. Focaccia starter was amazing. Doughy explosion of flavour. Burgers were good but the chips were a tad cold sadly. Warsteiner beer added a zing to the meal. Enjoyed it thanks.

A beautiful menu with varied dishes and gourmet desserts. Plus, the map is reviewed every season. The side of pig, gnocchi and spinach was a treat, as were the saints James; and for dessert the pavlova and the blueberry tartlet génépi were delicious. Welcoming and attentive team. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best dinner out in ages...

We have eaten here before and its been fine. Not sure I bothered writing a review last time. However we had dinner here last week. It felt like a different place. The food was exceptional. Maybe there is a new chef 'flexing' ??!! The restaurant and bar were packed and so the atmosphere was good. A lot were locals which is obviously a good sign too. Fabrik.. please don't let your standards slip once the season fully starts please! Thanks for a lovely meal.

Excellent food. Had the Pizza Texana with a delicate pizza bread topped with fresh mozzarella and a delightful mix of meat. Can recommend the Tiramisu for dessert. Definitely a 10 out of 10

Longest wait!

Excellent food, amazing deserts but had to wait 40 mins after the time of our reservation, and that was on a special occasion which was quite a vibe killer...also some “local guests” arrived after us and got a table ahead of us, this place needs someone to take care of reservations and people waiting as it is way too popular.

We dropped in for an evening meal and I to say the standard of the food was a delightful surprise. Truly excellent, I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Service was super friendly and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Food amazing!

The food here was second to none. Simply the tastiest food we have had! Beautiful French cuisine, but beware the waiting staff! Very rude, abrupt and lack of communication meant the food was incorrect on several occasions, and thrown in front of us when it arrived. Iy almost ruined the meal, but if you want beautiful food here is the place to eat.

We visited La Fabrik 3 nights in a row whilst on a skiing holiday. The food was amazing with great presentation, quick service and the waiters were lovely. It was a great mix of fine dining and home cooked food and by the end of the trip we had almost tried everything on the menu! Great atmosphere and would highly recommend.
