Me and my wife had came in for dinner at Square 1, we were greeted by a friendly hostess. Once we were sat our server Karlie got our drinks right away. The food was superior and I will be back again!!

Quick dinner stop with husband. Delish onion rings. Great service Reanna. Will be back when come back to town

This was the worst visit ever in a long string lousy food and bad service. I used to pay more for quality food and service. But I guess I will just have to snooze this restaurant for at least 30 days and just hope that...they can get their act together.More

Waitress said we could share a burger, fries, and beverage that was the Tuesday special $12. Husband ordered an extra beverage. After food was delivered, she informed us that she made a mistake and was in trouble with her manager as sharing wasn't allowed. Waitress...said she'd have to charge us extra. We asked for the bill and indeed we were charged extra and also jyped as no side was served. Really poor customer service by management. Plenty of other restaurants in the area to choose from.More

Being there a couple of times and Burgess where delicious. This time very disappointed! Order burger medium and got it well done! Meat didn't had no taste at all, great for vegetarian, but not for beef eaters! Onion rings over salted and I like salt!...And on the some great reviews on their Chili,? I guess does reviews are from people that don't know what great Chili should taste like! But, worst of all my daughter came with family and my wife suggested Mexican and I talked her to Square 1. Just don't know what happened to this place like most restaurant in the area!More

We used to have a Square One near us and it was pretty close to being perfect. I talked to the manager and complimented him on the way they did things. The sandwiches were always excellent, and the sides were also. I am a connoisseur...of onion rings and they were the model for how onion rings should be made. We only had an inattentive waiter once, but the manager fixed that very quickly. Manager always stopped by to say hello and ask how the food was. Fast forward, and all the Square 1s around us disappeared. It was never inexpensive to go there, but the food had been impeccable at ours. We drove from Largo to The Villages for my birthday just to have some onion rings for lunch. The place looked the same, but you could tell that it was not as attentive to the details as soon as we walked in. While our waitress was good, she also disappeared for a while and it took me a long time to get a simple beer. My burger was cooked as I ordered it, but I could tell that they were not paying attention to the quality. Both our sandwiches were presentable, but they lacked that crisp attention to detail which I had previously admired. The onion rings, while good, were perhaps a bit overcooked. It wasn't quite insouciance, but carelessness that pervaded the place. I sensed that "good enough" was now the prevailing feeling...and that's poison for a restaurant. I would like to see supervision from the managerial staff return it to the really excellent quality that I had seen in it before. You have a great idea, quality products, (and I will be the first to suggest that lots of people seem not to notice the differences,) but the execution and attention to detail should make the production better. I look forward to trying this again soon. They are still better than 90% of the casual restaurant food available. Still there's no reason for some of the reviews I have read.More

Great experience from the beginning. Amber was very welcoming as soon as I sat down. Prepared with suggestions and friendly service that I consider some of the best I’ve received. The ambiance was unique and fun, all relative to being in a bar and grill...that specializes in burgers. The food was incredible and full of flavor. Amber suggested the Philly which came on a pretzel bun, she was right, it was incredible. I had a side of tator tots and a strawberry shake. I will be back, for the food and definitely for the service.More
