We had drinks and snacks at The Sett - lovely place, great wine, friendly service. Interesting selection of wine to buy to take home too. Very impressed!

Lovely cosy wine bar. Something very different in the village offering a wide selection of wine and nibbles. Extensive cheese selection and meats and very knowledgeable advice from staff. If it is too early for an alcoholic drink then try their extensive coffee menu served...with all the toppings you could as for and home made selection of cakes!More

Our neighbours bought us some carrot cake recently and it was easily the best carrot cake we've ever eaten. After finding out from them where it was from we popped down and enjoyed some amazing food, wine and hot chocolates. This was yesterday, we've already...been back today and plan on going back many more times. The atmosphere and decor is lovely and welcoming. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of their produce which is always reassuring. Definitely our new spot for regular visits.More

Spent a long weekend in Brockenhurst and ended up visiting The Sett twice. By far the best place for food, drinks & ambience. Fantastic selection of wine and very reasonable offering of craft beer for a rural venue. Staff were lovely and knowledge about the...food and wine they served. A must visit if ever in the areaMore

Buzzy atmosphere even with C-19 restrictions. Maisy & Ralph are great hosts in this haven of fine wines and delicious cheeses. Great evening - thank you!

We had lunch here. A very good ‘Rebel’ baguette and my wife had the home made a sausage roll which she said was the best she had ever had. The coffee was also very good.

We visited The Sett a few weeks ago when we came to Brockenhurst for a long weekend. Could not recommend it enough! The service was fantastic, and everyone was really friendly. We told the waitress the types of cheese we enjoy and the cheeseboard they...put together for us was delicious! We live in London, but would happily travel just for a night of cheese and wine at The Sett! As a side note, we happened to have got engaged that evening. There was a couple sat at a table across from us who overheard us telling a friend our news. If you happen to read this review, we would like to say thank you so much for your kindness in secretly paying for our cheese and wine. You made an amazing evening even more special, so thank you!
