Our craft Club met for lunch here last Thursday. Our greeter was friendly and soon showed us to our table. The table for 12 was in a q quieter area and as there were 12 of us suited us as we can be a bit...loud. Janice was our friendly waitress and the meal went well, she guided us through the menus and coped well with people changing their minds and questions about the menus. Janice joined in with the banter but at the same time was professional and courteous as were all the staff we met. It was a lovely outing for us and we will be back. Thank youMore

Went to this place which we had visited some time ago. The last time we visited it was a buffet breakfast and was really nice. This time it was the waitresses coming to take our order. We had to 1st of all wait 30mins for...a table, then 25mins to have our order taken. The long and short was the food standards had not fallen, but the service was 4 out of 10. I can understand they were short staffed, which is a better reason to bring back the buffet. Next time we'll ask whether the buffet is up and running before going. So hungry that by the time the food came couldn't wait to tuck in.More

Attended to celebrate our Son’s offer of an accountancy apprenticeship. We were shown to our table and each given a menu along with a list of food that was unavailable. My husband chose fillet steak which was not on the unavailable list only to be...told by the waitress that fillet steak was not available. My husband then chose the sirloin steak. My Son and my starter arrived which we had both finished eating before my Husbands starter had even arrived. When my husband steak arrived he had asked for well done which it most certainly was not! Not only this his fries were rock solid and stone cold. Myself and my Son chose chocolate brownie for desert but they had run out of chocolate sauce so instead used caramel sauce. Along with my desert came a desert spoon that was still dirty so I had to use a leftover fork from the cutlery on our table. My husband was drinking Coors tops. First pint was absolutely fine second had a black piece of rubber in it. The waitress said oh it must of come off the tap! Even the card machine wasn’t accepting Apple Pay. Cost £109 for this pleasure. Most certainly will not be returning any time soon!More

AMAZING…. Stephanie was brilliant with our requests with short notice on a Saturday night with a big table of 25. Chen our waitress was fantastic, with all the different request’s she came back with a smile every time. Nothing Chen couldn’t do. Nothing was too...much trouble. Wow…. What amazing kitchen staff working on a Saturday night. It was a very busy night. Everyone was extremely happy with their food everything was cooked perfectly, hot and looking delightful. Thankyou all for a memorable eveningMore

Excellent service from emmalina nothing was too much trouble and the list of items not available prior to reading the menu is a stroke of genius and something that should be rolled out across all sites as it was lacking in Peterborough.
