Coffee was ok. Ordrerd cake but never got it. Had to ask for it and did not get what we ordered. Staff seems to not care. Busy taking to other Staff member.

Good coffee and local pastries. Few sandwiches on the menu. A few croque monsieur that are worth trying. Reasonable price too.

A great place to enjoy a quiet moment and a great cup of hot chocolate. The cafe is small and cozy so finding a seat during busy times is a challenge. The ambience is quaint and inviting.

We stopped here for mochas between the middle of town and the Hallgrimskirkja. Lovely stylish interior and friendly baristas. Superb coffee. We sat outside in the sunshine and it was lovely to watch the world go by. Wish it was our local café!

Come here and savour some quality downtime. Cakes, giant waffles and well brewed coffee. Decor is original 50s/60s and nowhere else quite like it. Cosy.

Just dropped in for a mocha treat. Delicious and pretty with whipped cream on top! A quiet, restful stop along one of the main shopping streets.

Best place to stop for a caffeinated drink by far. I ordered the cappuccino and it tasted amazing! The waffles also looked delicious too, but I didn't have a chance to stop back in and try them.

The waffles here were very good. However, when I went they did not have any decaf coffee, or any flavor syrups to add to coffee. If you like caffeinated coffee with no flavor, then I would highly recommend!

An Icelandic tradition since 1958. Mokka is one of Reykjavik's oldest cafés and the first to install an espresso machine and serve espresso, cappuccino, and café latte in Iceland. There's a tempting selection of sandwitches, cakes, and the coffee and hot chocolate are excllent with their famous house waffles, served with cream and jam. The déckor - red carpet, leatherette booths and stools - hasn't changed much althought the art on the walls is changed every 4-6 weeks as the café has doubled as an Art gallery with new art for sale since opening.
