The food and service were lovely but it was a bit on the greasy side which made it difficult to eat.

We visited here after a trip out all day and despite the fact that it was near closing we were not felt rushed or hurried at all. The service was pleasant and attentive without being too much. The food was really good and very tasty,...More

Came here for dinner with a group of friends and despite booking a table and calling earlier in the day to confirm it wasn’t ready on arrival but we were seated after about 10 minutes. Food was to a great standard and plentiful, large portions

The place is really really nice, great view, great decoration. The burgers are just amazing. I tried the one callled "el capitan" and it was excellent. It comes with super crispy fries that are out of this world.

We went there with friends, first we was waiting pretty long for someone to come pick up our order. Then next long wait for the food. In my burger there were 2 types of meat (same like in Hamborgarafabrikkan in Kringlan) some darker one and...More

Do you know what? A complete rip off. Wings were ok if very chewy. Burgers red in the middle small and very underwhelming. Chips cold and very poor service. Another iceland rip off.

We had dinner here our first night in Reykjavik, very convenient from the Tower Suites. Quick and friendly service, interesting burger choices. We had the Il Maestro burger which was truffle themed and the lamb burger, both were very good. Pricey like everything in Iceland,...More

Popular restaurant for both locals and tourists with great views over the sea. Staff were friendly and efficient. Burgers were really nice especially 'Miss Reykjavik' the chicken burger which was accompanied by a generous portion of fries. I would recommend booking in advance as it...More

In France we are not used to restaurants with vegan option. Very nice surprise and also some funny meals for the kids.

Description
PLEASED TO "MEAT" YOU Ok. You're in Iceland. Probably not for the first time. Not something you do every year, right? You will probably bathe in the Blue Lagoon and take a road trip to Gullfoss and Geysir. That's all well and good. But neither is something you eat. That's why we have 15 brilliant and creative hamburgers at the Hamburger Factory. And they are all perfectly square. Made from 100% fresh high-quality ingredients, directly from Icelandic nature. The Hamburger Factory is Iceland's most innovative gourmet burger chain. Packed with burger-craving customers since its opening in 2010, among the regulars is Iceland's best known fisherman, Eric Clapton. We have three wonderful restaurants in Iceland. The mothership opened in 2010 on the groundfloor of the highest tower in Reykjavík, right opposite Höfdi house. Our second one is in Akureyri, the capital of the north. It opened in 2013 on the groundfloor of the historic Hotel Kea in the heart of the town's center. The third one opened in the spring of 2014 in Icelander's favorite shopping mall, Kringlan. Be sure to stop by before you leave. You will love it. And we will love you back. BE SQUARE AND BE THERE!
