Went there for a good breakfast, as the breakfast on the hotel was very basic, They do have a ok selection, their bread and sandwiches are very good, but are on the expensive side

Based on positive reviews, plus the fact that this place bakes their own cakes & pastries, I came here for coffee and cake. The lunch menu offers scrumptious soups & sandwiches, yet I opted for Sandholt's version of cheesecake with an oat base & fruit...More

Top class Swiss mocha and hot chocolate to put the tinhat on a strole along main street of an evening. Hot choc could be a little hotter for perfection. Pastries looked tempting but too late and felt too guilty.... will have to return tomorrow.

New year lunch to start the year with! Mind blowing quality of bread and soup. I tried the soup with paprika / zucchini. Warped with thyme & celery this was a good pick. Has good pastries, cakes to finish off as dessert options.

Like most food in Iceland, it's expensive. 2 coffees, 2 cappucino and two muffins was about $30 USD
