The breakfast menu is quality. Duck confit on sourdough with a fried egg looks amazing. The omelette’s with salad look amazing and my Shakahouka with Italian Sausage was off the hook good. Then you have the bakery and cakes. Wow!

Very Nice Bakery and Coffee place. Huge Selection and Friendly Staff. Happy to find a "Café" which is not a beer shack, which is the common experience here when out walking and looking for a nice coffee place. Free WiFi was a bonus also. Highly...Recommended!More

We had a delicious breakfast after landing and dropping our luggage in town nearby to the bakery. I ordered a croissant with ham and cheese, and my family ordered some coffee - everything was delicious and the vibe was perfect.

We had a quick lunch with an open sandwich and delicious soup. The bread was next level! Was very busy. Service was Icelandic (simple, prompt) so therefore as expected. Would certainly recommend when in Reykjavik

Nice place. Good food. Seems a bit expensive, but I think everything is in Iceland. Staff are friendly.

This bakery is one of the best in Iceland. The pastries are out of the world and the cakes are one of a kind. If you're coming here for the food then you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, the service kind of ruins how good the...food is. I walked into the bakery right before closing (to get a slice of cake to go) and was informed that the bakery closes at 6 p.m. and they would not serve me. I looked at my phone and the time was 5:58. The waitress at the counter (short woman with dark hair) was rude and didn't even try to be polite when telling me they were no longer serving. In fact, on every occasion I've been to this bakery, the same woman is always rude to customers and seems to be in a hurry to leave. The bakery should have someone at the counter who is able to be more polite before they don't have any customers left.More

This lovely little bakery is right next door to the Sand Hotel where I stayed. Looks lovely and cosy inside and out. Staff are friendly, great oat lattes and scrumptious cinnamon buns! I had one with caramel on top and on another occasion I had...the one with white chocolate and white chocolate balls on top. I e also been there for lunch and it caters very well for vegetarians. Partner had the shouska veg and I had the black bean and avocado.More

29th & 31st of October 2021. Group of 3. Those poppy seed buns stole our heart. Moreover, this cozy roaring little bakery has everything extra flavored. Furthermore, every sandwich we ate was extremely fresh. Everyone was polite. The service at the coffee tables was a...little bit slow, but totally justified. On the other hand, who cares? When the flavor is so good, then you can wait for this croque madame to come hot. Or for those shakshuka fried eggs and sausages in red sauce. Ohh I am dreaming of a …poppy seeds bun.More

This place is legitimately good. We got a loaf of the country bread and a few pastries, and they were all so, so good. We took them all on our Golden Circle tour and it was nice to munch on a slice of fresh bread...after getting back on the bus during the day. I'd recommend this to anyone as a great breakfast or snack place.More

Like most food in Iceland, it's expensive. 2 coffees, 2 cappucino and two muffins was about $30 USD
