We wanted to stand and clap for the kitchen and the front of house by the end of our meal. It was all so beautifully put together and so, so scrumptious. A wonderful option for local flavors made into culinary art.
We started off with...the mixed salad and hummus, then had the lamb shank and the tuna entree. Meticulous from start to finish.More
Awesome. Read a lot about this and was also recommended by family and friends. The service was great and the food was even better. We had the arugula salad as a starter and was very tasty. I had the sea bass with some mixed seafood...and my husband had the tuna steak. Both were excellent. Also nice selection of wines. Great atmosphere! Highly suggest.More
We went at 17:00 and although the staff was making preparations they accepted to serve us ! The food was a great experience ! Everything was more than good ! The service was great and the view of Telendos island stunning ! A place that...worth to go while staying in KalymnosMore
We booked this restaurant to visit on the night we arrived in Kalymnos.
We arrived and we're warmly welcomed by our host, we sat down and found it hard to select a dish to eat as there were so many amazing options.
We had the...Talagani cheese and Manouri cheese to start. The former was beautifully paired with sun dried tomatoes and caper berries.
The latter was breaded and fried then served with figs, honey and walnuts, utterly sublime.
Our mains were grilled tuna filled, cooked to perfection. A pork tenderloin with lovely sauce and then a seafood spaghetti and seafood risotto. Both skillfully cooked, beautifully presented and packed with an abundance of clams, mussels, shrimp and urchin.
Even the watermelon and grapes for dessert were perfectly sweet and juicy.
We are here for 9 days and usually choose a different place to eat each night.
However, if we there's one place we choose to eat at twice, it'll be Thrimpi.More
This restaurant was next door to our hotel Elena Village, every night we walked past it was busy, so glad we decided to give it a try, lovely setting good service and delicious food although not all
of the dishes are the traditional Greek ones...you see in and out all the other restaurants the menu does have a Greek/Italian influence in it. Would recommend.More
We had grilled shrimps as starters, followed by stuffed chicken and risotto with wild mushrooms.
Probably the best shrimps ever and we have had our share of shrimps before.
My wife is a semi-pro chef and she was in awe by the experience.
