We stopped here during our Culinary Backstreets Plaka Tour with our guide, Constantine Kalfakakos, and thoroughly enjoyed the meatballs with THE red sauce and fried cheese saganaki. The Rose table wine was surprisingly good. Wish we knew if we could buy some and have it...More

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend for dinner on our last day in Athens. The place looks lovely, everything is nicely decorated from the inside of the restaurant to the menus. We ordered the meatballs with the sauce, which we liked but we weren't...More

Went twice despite this being a little way away from our Airbnb based on TripAdvisor reviews. The meatballs in “the” sauce are incredible, the “food of the drunk” amazing and the mushrooms awesome. One of our very favourite restaurants.

Ordered 4 dishes to share between three people. The food came out promptly and all 4 dishes were fantastic. Would definitely recommend the meatballs and the egg plant salad.

We had meatballs and a ‘dish for drunks’. Both were fantastic. Service was average but made up for by the atmosphere and food!

Just like you see in the movies. Colorful flowers everywhere. Little tables with sun umbrellas. Great Greek food and excellent service.

Found this place on trip advisor. It’s a little bit more quiet than the touristic traps around the Acropolis. Food and drinks are more reasonably priced. And the food is tasty. Service is alright. You can relax a little😜 Order something to drink ASAP, and...More

It was raining outside so we stepped inside the restaurant and were greeted by a cosy fire and atmospheric restaurant. The service was very good, and the prices reasonable. We shared a variety of appetizer dishes and they were very tasty, especially the feta with...More

Plaka
Due to its proximity to the Acropolis, Plaka remains
the area where the majority of foreign visitors stay

Mitropolis cathedral, as well as a host of places to
stay, eat and drink. Its pedestrian zones make it a
pleasant place to escape from the city’s notorious
