Why are you always selling out early? You ask. At Curb we handmade our brioche buns everyday and we grind our beef everyday as well! Nothing frozen, everything’s fresh out of our tiny kitchen. At this moment we are on full capacity of our bun baking. Our staff arrives at the restaurant everyday at 5am and bakes all the way through opening time. We open at 12:00 and close at 22:00 or until selling out the 120 buns we make everyday. At Curb we believe in everything fresh, simple delicious cook to order old school roadside burgers! With that in mind we hope you all understand that these early closing times it’s not from us not wanting to sell more burgers, but it’s from us being at full capacity…
