Found this little gem on TripAdvisor not far from our Airbnb..lovely couple serving freshest Pasteis da Nata(the best we've had).Turkey bun..Chicken samosas ..pasteis da bacalhau and best coffee.. so helpfull and chatty..we'll be back for more

This place is really perfect to have breakfast. We visited it 3 times in 5 days. They have really good menues with sandwiches, coffee or fresh orange juice and of course tart. You must see the interior because it is really nice.

Loved the freshly baked tart pastry. Crispy on top and custard inside. It's a bit sweet but then it's tasty as well . You will love the options available. Nice view around as you sit outside in the sun . Various combination available with wine...More

As we visit after dinner, queue was not a concern. Tarts are too sweet for us but the latte they made is of 1st class!

You've got to try.... Nothing tastes like it. The best time to beat the tourists is to go there after dinner. They stay opened late.

In the main city centre, at vía Augusts you can find another traditional padaria. Their pasteis da nata are really good, soft and tasty, a bit warm.... simply irresistible
