Hidden gem

Not easy to find but worth the effort. Helpful and friendly staff. Food excellent with a good and exciting range. need to book at weekends as popular with the locals.

Portuguese but contemporary

The menu includes Portuguese traditional dishes with contemporary but subtle changes. The small restaurant is full of natural light and service makes you feel welcome! And the chocolate mousse was memorable!

Our first meal in Portugal

We were fortunate, indeed, to eat here as our first meal in Portugal. Our waiter suggested shareable dishes, and we were delighted with them. Dishes were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant is down a few steps in a comfortable room.

Pleasant, small local restaurant

The restaurant opens a bit earlier than the average restaurant (6:30 pm) which was very convenient for us. The service was friendly, and the main dishes were very good.
