Had such a lovely relaxing lunch here. The location is just fantastic. The atmosphere is very laid back with chill our music playing . The food might cost a little more than some other restaurants we ate at but with a stunning location and views...like that, it is well well worth it. Both the clams and sea bream were delicious and the portions big. Really hope to come back here again one day. A top spot and a highlight of our holiday.More

Hidden in the rocks with a samovar cave viewpoint. Stunning sunset view. Food is good too and reasonably priced, the service was great and above what you’d expect in a rustic place.

If you didn’t know about this little restaurant/bar hidden down in the limestone cliffs, located at the beginning of the boardwalk near the Praia do Carvoeiro, you’d never find it. We were totally entranced with everything, from its location, to the food and beverages (loved...the cucumber and ginger lemonade), and most impressively with the perfect service by its personnel, who took great effort to make all guests feel comfortable. There is a constant stream of people walking through the middle of this outdoor venue on their way to the so-called dollhouse cave, however it’s great fun to watch the various nationalities pass by and who occasionally get splashed by a wave crashing up along the cliff. This is one of those places that is just a treat to discover. There is plenty of free parking up on the street. As there are a lot of stairs to get down to the restaurant, it’s not suited for persons who are not sure on foot.More

Nice place, close to the sea. Food is good, staff is friendly, location beats them both. Small walk to a cool cave with great sea views. Just do it, we did.

We were blown away with how good the food was here! Between our group we tried the burger, salmon and other seafood dishes. Everyone was delighted with their meals. The bar staff were great too. An absolute must!

Fantastic location and good value. Thoroughly recommend the white sangria which was delicious. Also make sure you pop round to take some pics from the eyes.

Very nice location! But the menu isn’t very interesting. We only went here for drinks. We ordered a cocktails and they were very small. The view on the other hand is breathtaking.

We had a beautiful meal here in such a gorgeous setting. The fish was so fresh and the place really has its own selling point, with everything being cooked on a barbecue. A slightly less luxurious experience than other restaurants we visited in Carvoeiro, but...understandable given the location. Staff were really helpful and service was quick.More
