We had a celebration dinner after the successful completion of a major event and had a fantastic evening. (Above our, already high, expectations Every single course was a delight, wine was perfect and the service incredibly friendly. (Not the "stiffness" you experience in some other...More

Its a Michelin star restaurant but I don't think the service is up to par. The food is fine just slightly salty. However, the time for the dinner is too long. We have 4 course only, and the dinner lasted for 3 hours. The timing...More

We made the booking many months ago before our trip to Europe, and it was one of the best meals we had during our 5 weeks holiday in Europe. The service was great and the food was freaking amazing. We chose the 6 course meal,...More

The Lastage is a small restaurant at the east end of Ansterdams old town. It has 7-8 tables and a small open kitchen downstairs (that did not evaporate any smells). The service was super friendly, the menu small but delicious.

This was our second visit to Lastage. Unlike several years ago it failed to impress. Only food presentation was up to Michelin standards. The taste was just OK while the service was below average. Young waiters were very busy bringing food as the restaurant was...More

1 Michelin star, and well deserved. Small, cozy restaurant, nice staff, and the food 1st class without being pretentious. Not exactly cheap, but reasonable at this quality. Appreciated the fact that they do not have a wine packet, but let you choose for yourself. Recommended!...More

Excellent food, very nice staff, relaxed/lively place. I enjoyed it a lot. Compared to other "starred" restaurants in cities like Amsterdam very good value for money. Recommended!

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring

Small and cosy restaurant right in the old town of Amsterdam. Classically French trained chef who uses a lot of local ingredients. Focus on wine and layed back dining.
