The Burgerfabriek is in the heart of Amsterdam, at a very few steps from the hectic Rembrandtsplein. The choice of burgers is simple, but fair. The prices are attractive and the service is fast. I didn’t find the culinary pick, but I had a good...More

Nice burgers, fair price and very well located. Ask for the large beer, because the small is too small!

Description
You can find us in one of the most international known neighbourhoods of Amsterdam, “The red light district”, (Rembrandtplein, Burgerfabriek Reguliersbreestraat)an area full of history and controversy, which has been changing rapidly the last years, evolving into an eclectic mixture of local flavours and foreign cultures, where past and tradition meet future and avant-garde. The concept of Burgerfabriek is a combination of old essence in a contemporary suit. We come back to basics: fresh, fast, flavourful food pimped with a modern twist. An industrial and rough, but cushy space; and a kitchen based on organic, primary, quality ingredients, with a touch of sophistication. Come and join us in the Burgerfabriek experience!
