The taste and quality of traditional cuisine with an innovative twist, you can taste its maximum respect for nature. This philosophy is underscored by the use of fair trade products and ingredients from Italy and Netherlands. For a perfect combination with the regional dishes there are, on the wine card, many available by the glass, small scale and artisan producers from Italy. For these reasons we choose to collaborate with the projects “The Alliance between Cooks and Slow Food Presidia”. Presidia are projects of Slow Food that safeguard small-scale quality productions that use traditional methods.

Authentic Italian touch throughout and the menu has something for everyone, but with the kids in the ensemble there were a lot of flavors to deal with. A simple pizza had probably fallen into the taste of the menu.

We came here due to the good reviews. However, were very disappointed. The complementary bread served at the beginning was very nice, however lacked balsamic vinegar dip. We asked for more which took about 10-15 minutes to get attention. I suggest maybe this is kept...More

Goed evening Charlotte,
thank you to explain us your point of view and your pique about the portion of gnocchi you ate.

We felt we were back in Italy at this small very friendly restaurant. It's slightly away from the main tourist streets and you could easily not notice it as you pass. But it is absolutely essential to book. We tried on-line a few weeks ahead...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
