We visited for a lunch and was disappointed and wasn’t impressed at all with the food, the price you pay for the food and also with the mediocre service. The “creamy” mussel pot was expensive for what you received and the sauce tasted like synthetic...packet sauce and the lamb curry tasted like stew. You overlook a busy intersection and listen to trucks but there is a distant sea view. Sorry guys but I would go elsewhere as it wasn’t a great experience.More

Best Pizza I've had in a long time

My wife and I have recently moved to KZN and we took a gentle drive down the coast and stopped for lunch at JAXX. What a good decision that was. we shared a Lamb Shank and yoghurt Pizza. It was big enough for the 2...of us and was absolutely delicious. Best Pizza we have had in a very long time. Service was good and quick and was chuffed to see my favourite Kraft Beer. Have recommended your restaurant to everyone we have spoken to recently. We will be back soonMore

Great food and service

We had a great meal. The service was very good. The menu offers a wide range to cater for all tastes. They have a good selection of craft beers.

Pizza takeaways okay

We bought pizza take aways here. The taste was average to good. The Service was friendly and fast. One pizza was stuck to the box though.

Superb food on the South Coast!

We enjoyed dinner at Jaxx on Friday, 13 March after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. They didn't disappoint. Food is delicious and portions are big. Thoroughly enjoyed the kingklip with prawns and mussels and my other guest enjoyed a delicious rump steak with chips....Went back the next day to get Pizza takeaway from them - delicious!More

Mouthwatering

The was delicious and the atmosphere was cosy and charming. Our waiter, Ndu, made excellent dish recommendations. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting Port Shepstone.
