Best Food in Florence , amazing wines and wonderful waiter who recommended the most amazing dishes . The steak was cooked perfectly and we had fried artichoke on the side and roast potatoes and butter beans . The anchovies with butter to start was delicious.... Ice cream cake for pudding ( tiramisu ) had sold out !!! Will definitely return again . Friends had the lamb shoulder and beef stew ! Highly recommend and make sure you book in advanceMore

Best eating experience we had in Florence - went twice in four days. Mix of great food with great atmosphere. We had the anchovies and butter, duck ragu, pasta with zucchini flowers and saffron. It's family run and they all make it a terrific experience....Book before you travel!More

This is my favorite Florence restaurant. We had dinner here three times during a recent trip. The menu changes according to what is available. The food is unfailingly excellent. You cannot get a bad meal at Vini e Vecchi Sapori. But you must have a...reservation. The restaurant is small and intimate. There is a definite family feel here. Tomasso is the maestro who orchestrates the front of house, and his Mama’s cooking is unparalleled.More

Hands down one of the best meals I've ever had! This place makes you feel like a local even if you aren't. We had the tagliatelle Duck Sauce and the Pasta with Pesto, both where divine! Followed by amazing raspberry tiramisu, and ice cream cake!...This place is a gem in the heart of a very touristy area! Also super gay friendly with rainbow flags and a photo of Madonna in the window! ++++More

We enjoyed delicious burrata, a zucchini flower and saffron paccheri pasta dish, and a traditional florentine steak. All excellent, fairly priced, and attentive English-speaking service. Many people around us got the pappardelle with duck and should we go back, we want to try that dish...too. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.More

Without compare! The most delicious, simple & fresh, seasonally spot on, Florentine authentic meal of our week in Florence. We in fact ate there two nights in a row, it was that good. Everything that came out of the kitchen was superb - the bruschetta...with sweet tomatoes, the fried zucchini flowers , particularly loved the pasta with zucchini flowers and cream. The tiramisu with raspberries was a clever twist and the Bistecca alla Fiorentina was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly, fun and energetic making the eating environment electric. It's a winner!More

You better make a reservation if you want to enjoy a meal here! The place is small, but homey, and the guys that work there are so fun! They had such a great 90s-2000s playlist while we were there, and a few of us were...singing along while enjoying the delicious food. Don't come here for basic Italian food tropes and please note that they will not service you pizza, cappuccino, spritz, or take away. And you'll be better for it. The duck ragu was probably the best ragu we had the entire trip. The truffle pasta was simple but decadent. The vibe in the whole place was great and I wish I had the stomach space to try more dishes. This place serves all the Florentine classics like tripe, bistec alla fiorentina, and others, so that's what you should have when you come here.More

Delicious food, attentive service, super friendly staff. And now with the terrace on the Piazza della Signoria - excellent views while dining al fresco too. The fried zucchini flowers are the best anywhere in the world. Check out our video on YT. FqOeWzY5DP8

We've eaten here many times over the years and keep coming back. Authentic, home style Tuscan cooking. The staff are super nice, happy, joyful people. All the pasta dishes are amazing, the grilled meats as well. But best of all are their fried zucchini flowers...in the summer.More

Hi, I would call the restaurant directly or have your hotel do it for you. I know they take reservations as many people arriving had them. I hope this helps. Enjoy!

I called the restaurant to make a reservation and do not speak Italian, but they were very helpful and were able to speak to me in English. (Lovely people!)
