Dear AyhanSicimogliu, Thank you so much for such a great review on TripAdvisor. We are glad you had such an amazing experience at Teatro del Sale, enjoying both our Tuscan food proposal from Cibrèo and the engaging entertainment. Should you come back to Florence, we...More

Located slightly away (but within walking distance) from the tourist center, Circo-lo Teatro del Sale is truly a unique experience. All the food is served buffet style but with a twist; as courses/food are prepared, the chefs in the kitchen call them out (in Italian)...and serve them at a single table. What happens next is somewhat of a free-for-all; diners will swarm around the serving table and jockey to serve themselves food on their plates. This has the potential to get frustrating, but come mentally prepared and think of it as part of the experience! Besides, there is plenty of food to go around, and the most popular dishes will be served more than once. There is also unlimited wine that you can serve yourself! We didn't love every single dish, but overall enjoyed our dinner. After about 2 hours of eating everything you possibly can, the staff will start clearing the tables to the side and prepare for the show. When we were there, the Enzo Mileo Quartet performed, and they were amazing! We would have attended just for the live music. We left stuffed and feeling like we were spending Saturday night as any other couple living in Florence.More

This is a great way of getting something else than classical florence out of a visit. You can find yourself becoming exhausted by the many wonderful churches/museums/buildings/ and want some variation. This is it, a very different experience but still with great food, some entertainment...that you know little about on beforehand (but was great Jazz in our case) and a format which is very special and entertaining. Go with some friends and have a ballMore

I loved it. A stampede for the best table. A stampede for the drink (red wine and water) when you get in. A stampede for the food with people pushing and shoving (despite the fact that there was more than enough to go round). Not...knowing what the next course will be. I've never experienced anything like this before. Not fine dining, although the food was delicious. Rustic and basic. We stuck unlucky, the after meal comedian was in Italian so we didn't stay. But I enjoyed the unique dining experience, bruises and all......More

We were very lucky in that we managed to get the last 2 seats without a reservation. As expected, we needed to join as members (€1 each) plus a charge of €36 each for food/cabaret. I must say that the food was excellent, all served...as a buffet with no limits on how often you went back. Surprisingly my favourite was the Lamprodotto followed by the risotto and the amazing caramelized onions. Wine and water was available (again help yourself) and the desert was real fun. The meal was then follows by a performance of a band doing covers of various US blues and country songs. If you are in Florence I really would recommend going, but unlike us it might be best to book rather than hope there may be seats free.More

We saw this place on "Somebody Feed Phil" and had to come. We went on a Tuesday night and it was not crowded. They start with a buffet of dishes and everyone lines up to get what they want. The staff is there to explain...each dish . Water and red wine are self serve as well as expresso. Our table was right by the kitchen so we watched the staff at work. As each subsequent dish is ready, they shout an announcement of the dish from the kitchen window in Italian and everyone goes to get a new plate of food. We had about 5-6 new dishes. The food was excellent and varied from seafood to tripe (beef stomach). As the last course was announced the highlight was the final announcement by Marco (just watch the show- you'll see what I mean) which brought a large round of applause. The chairs were then rearranged around the stage and on this night their was a 4 person band that played rock music. All in all it met our expectations and we will go back the next time we are in Florence. It was the best value we had our entire trip. The cost was 30 Euros each plus 7 Euros for a "membership" to the theater association.More

We went at the teatro del sale for the first time. We did a card to be a member of the circle (membership) and the first impact was good: a traditional Wood teather with many rooms one after the other. The greatest room with big...wood tables is so perfect, you can see the kitchen behind the glass and you can serve yourself with many different dishes of sausages vegetables and meat. The smell was wonderful and the tastes unforgettable. You can serve yourself many times if you like and stay comfortable sitting with your friends. I’ll be back for sure and I warmly advice itMore

‫It's a pretty long evening- the dinner and show. A bit to much for such young kids... I probably wouldn't recommend it.‬
