Come here whenever we come to Florence. Fun, great music, and, of course...the charcuterie boards! They come a few combinations and sizes. They're very generous so you may want to order a size smaller than you'd think, but the staff will guide you. And as...they're made fresh each time, you won't get the same combination and types of meats, cheeses and veggies each time. Good house wines. Fantastic bread (naturally) and the pasta and sides are also worth checking out (if you have room): share with friends/family if you can so you can sample more.More

Totally overrated. We went at 11AM. The line was small, maybe 8 people in front of us and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The tartufo suauce was horrible. Yes, it is loaded but for How bad it tasted it ia definetly expensive.

A friend recommended visiting this place and seeing the queues and hordes of people walking around the nearby area we decided to visit for a "light" lunch. I'm guessing this is was at one point very good and is now a tourist trap, despite quality...not being great. I had the Numero 5 (Porchetta, roast potato and parmesan cream), it was far too salty, potato was some weird mash and just not great. My wife found there was too much cream filling in hers which meant she couldn't finish it either and quite unpleasant. The guys working there were friendly, but it is certainly not somewhere I would recommend or plan on visiting again. Give it a miss, unless you like queueing.....More

We waited less than 5 minutes and ordered L’Inferno and Favolosa. Went back to our apartment and tasted our sandwiches. Found we liked both but certainly wouldn’t wait 30 minutes to get one again. Joanne and Bill USA

I went there with a couple of friends because of all the hype. We stood in a long line for at least 20 minutes and were very much looking forward to those sandwiches, which were praised as the best. And than came the let down...as we tried them. They are nothing special at all. They were OK sandwiches, the bread is a bit stale and they lack overall flavor. I would never ever stand in line again for those sandwiches. My friends were a couple of days later at Panini Toscani close to the dome and told me, that this is what it's supposed to taste like. So good advice to anyone searching for a good sandwich: avoid the lines at All'Antico Vinaio and go straight to Panini Toscani.More

Every place with a long long queue should be very good. But the first day we had to quit since the queue was impressive. Second day it was ok but still 1h queue. There are three queue to make since there are different places where...to get the same, but pay attention since the queue it's without a strict order and free queue along the street. Said this we did a queue for 55 Min only to get the ticket, then a 10min queue to get the food. Regarding the food what to say: amazing. Since the long queue we got 2 pizzas each, it was really too much. Each one is overloaded of ingredients of primary quality, pizza taste is amazing and you can even eat after a day. Price is from 6€ to 9€ each...if you find normal queue you should stop for a quick break!More

We love coming here. Sandwiches are great and can’t beat the price. True Florence tradition. Don’t miss it - sometimes the lines are long but they move pretty quick. Well worth any wait.

Too many people, too touristy and THE PRICES HAVE RISED. When something becomes so touristy it loses its essence, I did not like the sandwich poequr they do it quickly and running, there is no attention, there is no flavor, there is nothing.

The line was long, the price was fair, but man, the sandwich was disappointing. We got two sandwiches and both had the same issue. They were loaded with toppings but, everything was bland. The bread had no flavor and overall just not a great experience.

Waiting for nothing…. We ordered 2 different sandwiches of the “top 5” of the menu, we couldn’t eaten… we only bite ones and after we throw it in the bin … The bread was like a stone and cold… Don’t go there if you are...hungry.More

I paid cash, don’t know if they take cards. As their mammoth sandwiches are only euro5 a whack you probably won’t need a card !
