This view paired with making Pesto is definitely a bucket list item! The host/owner was really really cool and taught us some really good Pesto making tips. Beautiful experience!

The restaurant offers a breathtaking view. You have to go early because there is a line to enter the restaurant. The food is really good but the plates are big.

I dont understand why they do not implement a reservation system. There is a massive queue which is understandable but keeping people updated on the wait time is the bare minimum they could do. You are completed ignored in the queue. Especially during covid people...are crammed on a small coastal path waiting and waiting. Why not give people a bleeper ? Or do reservations?More

I read all the reviews about this place so I knew to get there early. 3:45pm on a Thursday to be precise, and there was no queue. There were even a choice of tables to sit at! However from 4ish we started to see the...queue form. I felt a bit nervous about the growing queue as we were being cheeky and planned to stay there until sunset- I thought they might want to turn tables. So I asked my lovely waiter Marco if it was okay to stay despite the high demand, and he assured me we could stay as long as we liked, as long as we kept ordering! So basically don’t think you can nurse the same drink or sip water there for hours as it’s not fair to those wanting to come in and spend! The food was nice, standard picking bits. The cocktails were delicious and strong - My kind of cocktails! We stayed from 3:45pm to 8:30pm continuously ordering drinks and food and it came to a mere €111 - which was a bargain considering how much we consumed! The view of course Is amazing. It’s the best view of the stacked colourful houses you’ll get anywhere on land. Oh and don’t worry about asking for a “good seat with a view”... all tables are outside and tables for two are right along the cliff, so couples are guaranteed a great photo! Finally, I dressed up glam as, from people’s pics on Instagram, I thought it would be pretentious and extra, but it wasn’t at all! People were popping in for drinks or food after the beach or after hikes - in backpacks and sweaty trainers, so it’s definitely not a stuck up place- it’s very welcoming and friendly and the staff are equally nice and warm, who constantly wore their face masks in the 30 degree heat - well done to them. I’d recommend it to anyone!More

Great view. Prepare to stand in queue from 11.30 even in low Covid season, staff very good and service somehow works given the people. Drinks sensibly priced BUT unless you are with a cheese eating very large mouse family avoid the offer of the Paraiso...- we didn’t check price when offered this but 50 euros for a platter of prosciutto and bread for three was too high in our view. The other dishes sensibly priced. Our mistake not to check when ordered what was suggested . Hey ho. Live and learn.More

A lovely spot for food with a great view of Manarola. The menu is more situated to lunch so I recommend checking it before however we were still full after having a bruschetta, panini and meat board. The drinks were good too and it was...well priced. There is a huge queue, we got there at 18:20 and didn’t get a table until 19:40 so I recommend going at open time or mid afternoon and you have to be willing to wait a while. That said, watching the sunset sky from there was stunning. Tables are allocated randomly as well so if you want a table on the edge you’ll have to get there early!More
