Really good experience; waiter was really nice and recommended me some traditional plates from Parma such as the fried bread which was excellent and not greasy at all. I had a tasting board of Parma ham and cheese, it was perfect. I was on a...table on the outdoor terrace, lovely time. I highly recommend! The other plates look good and tasty.More
I had read about this restaurant before arriving in Parma. One day, I just happened upon the place while I was exploring the city. Since it was lunch time, I decided to give it a try. As a solo diner, one is rarely a restaurant's...favorite customer, but I was seated right away in a decent place. My water order was taken immediately and I was soon served, bread and salami. I ordered the 'tortino di zucca' and the brasato of cinghiale - braised wild boar. Well the waiter must have misheard my order, because he brought me 'tortelli di zucca', a winter squash ravioli. I didn't make a fuss and the tortelli were very good. The boar was a little disappointing. It did not seem to have much flavor. The meat was tender alright, and the sauce was flavorful, but the meat itself was rather bland. The place was hopping because of a university graduation group, but I still found the service good. I was waiting to use the toilet and got into conversation with the guy behind the counter. He offered me a complimentary after dinner drink. I accepted! I would go back again.More
If you like to be treated like you don’t exist, come to this restaurant. The food was amazing, but the service was awful. From the minute we walked in the door, service was bad and it continued to get worse. We sat for at least...30 minutes before they acknowledged us. Others who came in during our time were getting drinks, bread and their first course. The waiter was offended when my daughter ordered her food in Italian. We ordered multiple courses and they brought most of it out at once. They forgot one of our pasta dishes. Didn’t bring plates to share when we told them we would be sharing the steak. There are honestly too many negatives to list here. There are many restaurants in Parma. Skip this one.More
It's a small but interesting restaurant with great food and with a very nice atmosphere, the ham is hanging in the windows.
Food, wine, atmosphere A++.....Mattie was our waiter and he was amazing! Highly recommend this place...recommend going early or having a reservation.
Good food and nice restaurant but not good service. I would go back again but this restaurant has to improve the service level.
Andres our waiter was such an angel. Good advice and fast service. Wine list is excellent and location is lovely
Super top!!! Meat and wine are absolutely fantastic! It is very recommended, if visiting Parma for holiday
Wow!!!! The best food we’ve had for entire trip in Italy. We stopped by Parma city at the beginning of the trip, just for a “quick meal” as we through, but had to come back here at the end of our trip because of the...amazing food and service! They ravioli with truffles were unforgettable. My husband kept talking about it for weeks!!! My husband and I are both working in F&B industry (managing fine dining restaurants and hotels in Los Angeles) and believe me, we’ve tried a lot of exceptional dishes during our carriers. However, Osteria dei Servi left a long lasting impression about our trip to Italy. Everything from appetizers (tartar from horse meat, trio of bruschetta) to entrees (ravioli with truffle, steak) and dessert (Ricotta Cheesecake is to die for) deserves a Michelin star!! Our severs Andres and Anton were very professional, described the menu with personal suggestions and recommendations! Loved it!! Definitely recommend it!More
Amazing selection of starters chosen fro the best products of the region. Filled pastas are very recommended too. Ask for advice on local wines, they might be unknown and cheap, but there are some gems.
Special Thanks to waiter Andres :-) Great service, very very good food, nice place. 5 stars for this restaurant in Parma.
Food, atmosphere and service (Andres the waiter) was 100% amazing. We recommend the local red wine and the amazing parmesan tasting!! Grazie mille Osteria dei Servi!
This place is the reason I love Italy. Pure flavors, a great wine and a lovely atmosphere! 🇮🇹🍝♥️ The service from Andres and the team was also friendly, professional and very efficient. I strongly recommend it.
Five of us had an outstanding meal at this charming restaurant. Our server, Mattei (”JJ”) spoke very good English and gave us excellent suggestions. We shared the bruschetta assortment and then had the giardiniera, risotto, the papardelle, and the gnocchi, folllowed by a Tomahawk steak...with roasted vegetables and the potatoes. All were delicious! JJ recommended two desserts - the tiramisu and the cheesecake igloo - and some Italian liqueurs that finished our evening beautifully. This pace of our meal was very relaxed, and we enjoyed a wonderful evening. This restaurant is a gem!More
