My husband and I came here to get shot glasses for my step daughter. She collects them so wherever there's a Hard Rock where we are we stop. Most times we also stop for a meal as we did this time. We've been to Hard...Rocks all over the world from London to Sharm El Sheikh to Bangkok to Athens and many more........... Never a disappointment in the experience and Rome was no exception. What's nice is that the shop and cafe are right next to each other. My husband and I had been having lots of pasta, pizza so were in the mood for a burger and fries. We arrived on 9/16/2023 around 6:45 pm. My mistake was going into the shop first. After we had done our shopping we went into the cafe and were told around 20-30 minute wait. We did not have a reservation. By now it's a bit after 7:00 pm. We're here so we'll wait. We're given a pager. In less time than we have been told our pager lights up and we get seated. Nice table. Decor/atmosphere like most Hard Rocks we've been to. It's busy but I did notice a few empty tables-larger than for 2 seating. Menu is pretty much standard Hard Rock menu. The menu was huge and there's so many interesting choices. But when we stop for a meal we almost always order the same thing! Drinks were beer and cappuccino. I also got an apple juice. I ordered the big cheeseburger which is my normal -cooked medium well with cheddar cheese-which came with fries. Perfectly cooked and so yummy! Hit the spot. My husband Richard got his normal-the legendary burger-cooked medium with cheddar cheese-which also came with fries. He said his burger was cooked perfectly. Just delicious. Service was spot on. Food when served was hot the way I like. Great first evening in Rome dinner! Cost 53.40€/$57.09.More
