Best carbonara I’ve had in my life ❤️ We loved the place and the staff was delightful. Especially the one who looked like Rio!

Terrible experience. The service was horrible and the owner is rude. We only had card and he was rude to us saying we could only pay with card. He was not caring whatsoever and even started talking in Italian about us.

A good choice for lunch in the Monti neighborhood. A short walk from the Colosseum. Service was quick and friendly. Most of the tables were taken by suits on their lunch break. Pasta was delicious.

Visited Barzilai Bistrot on our second night in Rome. There are many great restaurants out there but Barzilai offered so much more in service, friendly cool atmosphere and most importantly the food was the best! delicious. The best we have had since arriving in Rome....My son loved his meatballs, Tataki di Tonno was like nothing I have tasted and the Baccal Mantecato was mouth watering! Thank you for a tasty evening. Tip! Book in advance for a tableMore

Very good food, sophisticated and simple meals for a very reasonable price. The terrace is very nice and enjoyable for both lunch and dinner. The staff was a bit rude.

Terrible place, of the tourist trap sort. The owner is rude and calculating, no customer care to speak of, just interested in milking his customers. The food is pretentious and very low quality. As a roman, these are the sort of places that make you...ashamed of your city.More

Terrible experience. We arrived around 3 hours before the closure but it was impossible to eat, just drinks. We were waiting for the menu for more than 10 minutes, while other tables with local people were actively served. Finally we could order 2 beers, just...beer with no choice, ok no problem. In 15 minutes from that we were asked to leave, and you know why? They didn’t close, just they needed the table for someone else, apparently Italians who they know. What the hell is this?! Pure racism demonstration and poor service quality. Highly non-recommended!More

Good food. Good service. Buzzing atmosphere. Well priced. Popped in for lunch and enjoyed a Cacio e Pepe pasta dish, followed by a lovely pear/ walnut/ Gorgonzola salad. Would definitely go back.
