Being located in a main tourist center, the prices were expected to be a bit elevated. Mini pizzas and apple tart were average, nothing special. Coffee was fantastic! Also the staff could be more friendly. We stayed for two hours (with several drinks and orders)...More

Against my usual notion of avoiding ‘fronting the square’ we ate here and it was fine. Pasta was good and the tiramisu was wonderful. Any where but Italy I’d have to give it an extra star.

When you see a café right next to a main square with perfect view you know you’ll have to pay for it and it’s very touristy.

We popped in here with the aim of having a few beers or cocktails, but at €16 for a beer we just grabbed a couple coffees. They arrived and were substantially smaller than elsewhere and still €8 each plus service charge, for decidedly under standard...More

Having had drinks in San Marco in Venice and thought it was expensive I was wrong it is this place, over charging and still wanting a tip with service included is just outrageous, and the lack of service make it even worse.

Overpriced, disappointing and we got scammed for a tip. As we later found out the 19% service charge is not mandatory so in effect we were done twice over!

Stopped here for a cappuccino. Great to watch people but a ripoff. Overpriced poor coffee. Don’t stop.

I’d rather catch an STD than eat at this disgusting tourist trap, the food made me feel totally ill, the worst food I’ve eaten anywhere in the world. A greasey omlette, bad coffee and sour orange juice, throw in 3 day old stale bread equates...More

2 coffees, 2 very sour orange juices that turned my stomach, and two very greasy omelettes that left me feeling sick for hours afterwards = 61€!! That converted to almost $100 aus! The only reason we ended up there, was because we were up very...More

Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields
to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most
desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best
place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and
Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with
enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s
best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a
fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to
