Went there once at night earlier in the year. Very busy, party vibe. Food was great. Went again recently at noon to work on laptops and have lunch. (American tourists that happened to be in Madrid twice months apart.) Food excellent!

Enjoying the last data of our trip in Spain, we decided to eat more tapas and beer. Looking for a good place to go we found El MiniBar. Great services, great food, no doubts that we had enjoyed our last day.

Was really disappointed by this restaurant. My friends and I visited hoping for an authentic tapas experience. However the food was really basic and felt very thrown together. The staff however were lovely and the meal was reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful tapas with a super friendly staff. Really warm and accommodating. Really close to the opera metro station on the green line (5). Super busy. I would recommend you called before and booked a table.

Loved this restaurant. Ate here twice on our recent trip to Madrid. You should probably book for dinner as it gets full. Very very friendly staff. Great food, wine, ambience and price. Loved the art!!!

Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street
performers, colorful lights, window shopping,
restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and
churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a
collection of plazas interconnected by a network of
side streets. Some of these side streets are wide
pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so
it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as
