This is the first time in a while when I face such a rude attitude. So few hours ago I bought there one donut. First thing I’ve heard from the girl who’s work there is not “hello” but “be faster cause I want to close...the shop asap” I was like “well, ok😀”. Then, while I was looking at the assortment of donuts she acted as annoyed as she could (I mean she sighed every sec and scrolled her eyes). When I picked the one I want and literally point at it she said “what??🙄”. Guys you should’ve heard that and seen her expression… After payment I sat outside. (I was in hurry due to the train that i had in 40 minutes, so eat as quickly as I could). Nonetheless she went outside and started acting really noisy with her friends or whoever they are idk. I mean they were yelling all over the street while other costumers and me were still there. Like that wasn’t enough she began to demonstrably pick up the chairs. Also as loud as she could ofc🙂 I couldn’t stand this kind of service anymore so I went away. Ps: maybe some of you can be thinking like “well, if you came right before closing no wonder it was like that” But afterwards I’ve checked when this cafe opens and closes (I had some doubts because it’s Sunday, and they may close earlier). You know what I saw? They open at 9:30 am and close at 7 pm. I was there like at 3:30 pm. Just one question comes to my mind: girl, wtf?More

Stopped for a donut. Nothing great and not as good as in the US. Bake goods in Germany are very good, so not sure what happened here.

Ok it's a good bad review, the good It's Dunkin Donuts and almost everything is good just like back in the states. The Bad NO ICED COFFEE !!!!! I need my Iced Coffee !! Lol Germany has some great coffee and coffee houses and I...hear there is one that has Iced Coffee nearby but I want My dunkin Iced Coffee for after noon. I'm not alone I have talked with many other people that were not so happy with the NO ICED COFFEE either !! So you still get 4 stars, I'll change it to 5 when I get my Iced Coffee. The girl at the counter was still so very helpful in trying to make me an Iced coffee, Hopefully next time.More

It's no different than Dunkin Donuts anywhere else in the world other than being really small. We really only stopped in to get out of the rain as there really isn't no need to get donuts when you can find pastry shops with local cuisine....But if you are desperate for donuts, fill your boots (note that there is a donut shop in the underground area going to the bahn a 5-10 minute walks away that may be better but we didn't try it)More

Rushing in for a dozen and dashing out to catch a train is completely possible. The rewarding smiles at home for a taste on an American classic is worth the price of a dozen donuts...seems so expensive. Clean place with a friendly staff.

Variety and tastes that I often can not find in my local doughnut shop 90 minutes away. So when we had a long wait while changing trains, we walked through the tunnel and just inside the city walls to Dunkin Donuts for a tasty treat.

.....a donut place! I ate here in the morning recently. Service was very very slow, the coffee's took forever. If there had been more than 1 person and 1 person waiting it would have been total gridlock! The guy was very polite and the donuts...and coffees were great when they finally arrived!More

Stopped in here for a coffee and a snack and was pleasantly surprised. A very nice, clean environment, and the team there obviously took pride in their store. Such a surprisingly good range of donuts we just had to have some!

We are from Stuttgart, Germany, and compared to the Dunkin Donut that is here, it does have a better selection. The coffee was prepared perfectly. The service was fast, friendly, and speaks English.

My kids were thrilled to find a Dunks in Nuremberg, although we had to explain how to make American-style iced tea (iced coffee was no problem). In Germany, iced tea comes standard with lemon flavor, but if you explain it, they can also sell it...to you the way we get it at home in Boston. Some of the donuts are different from what you get in Boston, but they're all on display (just like at home), so just point to what you want.More

Coming from MA, Dunkin Donuts is part of life. Coming to Germany on business, I resigned myself to being without my beloved Iced Coffee for a week. Well, much to my surprise one late night stumbling home through the central train station, I see the...familiar DD sign. We back the next day and got ICED COFFEE (now mind you, you will rarely even find soda with ice here - never mind coffee with ICE) I had a munchkin, just for the sake of this review and it wasnt as good as home. But the coffee was great and just the fix I needed.More
