Fabulous family run restaurant

We visited La Chapelle twice for dinner withe friends. Its such a lovely understated place. Family run which means that service can get a bit more leisurely when busy but that's not a problem as the staff are all so personable. The menu is excellent with some regional specialities and some "suggestions" which change daily. Two of us had the delicious sweetbread entree followed by the best entrecote we'd had in a long time. You do need to book, if only to allow them to manage the volume of business. Prices are above mid range but not extortionate. One gripe - which we raised with the owner - is that they charged for the end of meal Genepi which every other restaurant provides gratis. They rectified this on our second visit

Fantastic family run restaurant with excellent service

We recently visited as a group of 4 (plus bab( looking for a good quality local food. This place is small and intimate and the food was an excellent selection of local dishes. A special mention to the staff/owners who went above and beyond in terms of service. We made sure to visit a second time on our last night Would highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something a little more intimate than whats on offer in 1850.

Fantastic Food, Exceptional Friendly Service

Thierry and Zed run a fantastic restaurant. In our opinion one of the best in the region. We have been visiting for several years and dine there frequently during our ski holidays. The food is exceptional and is prepared with so much care and thought. The service is excellent and the owners care so much about every aspect. The venue is cosy and welcoming and the experience only makes you want to go back again and again.

Excellent venue and food

This place was so friendly, the food was perfect. There were six of us and we hadn’t booked for a Wednesday night. They made a fuss of us, and threw in lots of extras. The lift is open to get you back to Courchevel until 2330hrs and we recommend you sledge down. €7 for a sledge from Ski Addict shop.

Very good Savoie traditional restaurant

This is a family owned restaurant serving good traditional French/Savoie dishes. Petsonnel and owners were very nice and welcoming, the atmosphere is charming and the food was of good quality. I recommend it. A decent report quality-price.

A Rare Treat for 3 Valleys

We met for lunch here & it was one of the best meals we have had in 3 valleys this year. The quality of the food was excellent as was the service. Shame we are staying in 1880 or we would be in for dinner regularly. Great menu & not the normal rip off more usual for this area.

A restaurant we like!!!! Warm friendly family!!!!! Zed is adorable, his employees are just like him 😍😍😍 The dishes are simply delicious, very very generous! And a rare price for Courchevel in its quality ratio!!!! We must go back and abuse it without any moderation

Great traditional and hot restaurant. Warm welcome

Super traditional restaurant but not that Thierry Sauvanet holds the helm of this ship with a masterful hand. There are traditional dishes but also a more varied menu. The service is up to par with a very friendly welcome. Far from the tumult of 1850, this establishment is worth knowing and visiting.

Great supper in Courchevel 1550

Lovely evening meal in Courchevel 1550. Friendly service and delicious food. Mushroom ravioli was amazing and rest of family enjoyed their burgers. The crème brûlée was delicious and huge!

Lovely meal in a relaxed traditional restaurant setting. All three of us really enjoyed our meals. A good range of dishes including regional specialties and daily specials. Tiramisu was ace, as was the gourmet desert selection. Will return and would recommend.

We went to this beautiful place, located right across from the chalet where we stayed, upon recommendation. We were very pleased. Service, decoration, food everything was perfect. I especially recommend it to those staying at 1550.

Superb steak. Top wine. Excellent service. Lasagne spot on. A definite stop for lunch only a short walk from the piste. Definitely recommend.

On our last night we ventured out to see the Courchevel ski show and have dinner. I would recommend a visit to have a meal. The food was delicious, service very friendly and atmosphere relaxing. Thank you.
