We were in Nantes this weekend with friends, I booked this restaurant before we went because I liked the reviews, and fancied a couple of the dishes on the published menu. The food and wines are delicious. The menu is as per the pictures on...the blackboard, I don't think they change. But why would they, they're great. The waiting staff were really friendly and warm. Also the waiter who served us spoke good English to help translate the menu, I speak a little french but there are lots of ingredients in each dish. I'd recommend going here again. It was superb.More

Around the corner from the Opera House, on a side street, you can find this tiny restaurant offering extraordinary fusion cuisine for lunch and dinner. We were looking for something beyond traditional French fare and this really satisfied on every level. Japanese ravioli, white asparagus...risotto, and rack of lamb were superb. We asked for recommendations as to wine pairings and very pleased with results. We ended by splitting a chocolate-hazelnut pastry and it was one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted. Dinner for two, including wine and coffee, cost 75 euros.More

It perhaps tries a little too hard to meet "Masterchef" standards.Everything was good, but lacked the "wow" factor. My Japanese raviolis and sea bream main were good. The cheese for dessert was okay. The serving staff were especially pleasant and friendly. I recommend reservation in advance.

The food and service were excellent! We hade some fish and rabbit for the main course. We also enjoyed there eating together with domestic people.

Charming little restaurant tucked in a quiet side street not far from the Opera House. Has a vaguely seaside retro fit out which is quite soothing. Seats about 30 and appears popular, maybe worth considering booking. Lovely French style food, not a vast menu, but...everything we saw looked lovely. We had a duck spring roll dish and a cockles and ornociette pasta dish for entree. A fish with asparagus peas and longoustine bisque dish and an interesting take on Vitelli Tonnato for mains. Too full for desserts! The wait staff were exceptionally helpful, they flipped between French and English as required. Excellent wine recommendations. All in all pretty special.More

We stayed for one night in Nantes and had booked this restaurant in advance. The food was of the highest quality and the service impeccable. The passion for great cooking shone through. The wine was also excellent and reasonably priced.

We were attracted to this little gem by the decor as we walked past. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of down town Nante it is not a stand out at first sight. The staff were extremely helpful and explained the dishes in detail....The food was delicately balanced with flavours and texture and cooked to perfection. As it was a quiet evening we were able to talk with our host and Chef, Frederic and share with him a remakable cognac. We shall certainly return on our next visit to Nante.More

Wonderful friendly, welcoming service, very helpful translating the menu for the less fluent of our group. Delicious food. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
