Got recommended this restaurant by our hotel and got a reservation immediately for the 8th of Jan which was a Saturday night. Me and my girlfriend had no expectations for the restaurant as we hadn’t read a review before arriving but we were pleasantly surprised.. the owner Lino who was Italian was such a gentleman and greeted us as if we were his own family which we loved and went through the menu in English since it was in French.. the food was amazing made with the freshest ingredient’s! I had mussels for starters and a steak for mains and ferrero rochet cake I believe for dessert. The service was very special, always checking to see if we needed anything like bread with our mains etc. and recommending the best wines but in a comfortable way! In all my years travelling the feeling we got from the owner was very special and his warmth and willingness to help and make sure we were ok for everything was great! We loved the fact he had conversations with us and spoke of his life experiences and about his restaurant!
Thank you very much Lino to you and your staff! You made two Irish people very happy that night😁

Reserved table for New Years. Unbelievably friendly staff. Fixed menu was spectacular - still dreaming about the squid and monkfish courses. Great wine - and rang in the new year with entire staff.

This is a small Italian restauant in the Latin Quarter. I went with cousins for a family reunion and there were seven of us.
We were warmly welcomed by the proprietor and were exceedingly well looked after. The food was superb and I had smoked fish, cold meats and a brilliant filet of beef.
The puddings were good but the most memorable was a moist panatone, which was brilliant
All in all a great experience

Amazing meal, amazing service! Not only did our server take great care of us, at the end of our meal the chef/owner came over and talked to us for about 20 minutes. We talked about everything from the art on the wall to his passion for cooking. This is a must visit restaurant!

We found this spot on trip advisor after some disappointing touristy meals. It was a real treat, delicious salami and Tuscan tomato mousse with bread before we had even ordered, great very reasonably priced wine and then tasty creamy burrata with Mediterranean veg followed by pasta and risotto and amazing puddings. It had an authentic atmosphere and you could tell the chef was passionate and really cared about every dish. A unique atmospheric, friendly little spot that we just felt so pleased to have found, and resonanbly priced too.

Highly recommended. Small, intimate restaurant down a quiet side street, booking probably a good idea. Superb food, friendly service from a chef who is passionate about his cooking. Two appetisers before we’d even ordered - wonderful prosciutto, bread, and a delicious tomato dish that is a Tuscan speciality. Then beautiful, young sweet burrata on a bed of raisins, olives, pine nuts. Fish dish and Spagetti dish with shrimps and pumpkin, very good. Ricotta with orange, nut and chocolate garnish was superlative. We’ll keep the restaurant’s card and hope to return when we next come to Paris. Thank you for a splendid meal.

The name really explains everything. Small but welcoming environment, polite, friendly and helpful staff. We really felt better than in Italy, Lino (the owner) is a person who loves what he does, and you can see it in how he welcomes you, tells you about the dishes and makes you feel at home. We spent a truly pleasant evening laughing and sharing a recipe. If you are looking for Italy, the welcoming and genuine one, this is the perfect place.
Exquisite food and prices in line with the city.

Excessive price for what they serve. 1 starter to share, which was 1 artichoke with cheese, 3 pasta dishes, 1 bottle of water and 1 of wine, total €140. Unexceptional dishes
On a positive note, the space, although small, is very cozy

Estimado cliente, gracias por su comentario.
Comió pasta casera con harinas antiguas y huevos orgánicos,
Servida con salsas hechas de productos crudos, frescos y de temporada.
Solo pescado silvestre y carne seleccionados.
Cordialmente
Lino

Secluded place in the Latin Quarter, you arrive and ask yourself well?
And then fireworks, Pasquale a great host, adjectives abound. You immediately see the passion he puts into his work, he welcomes you like an old acquaintance, you immediately feel at ease, or even more.
Few dishes but of incredible depth and quality. Excellent raw materials, preparation skills of great chefs. An unforgettable evening, from melt-in-your-mouth grilled calamari to wholemeal spaghetti with spicy prawns.
Loving service, I love you, friends. Paris is worth going to

The food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent. I had the rabbit & lentils starter which was incredibly tasty. Next I had the shrimp spaghetti which was also delicious. To finish a wonderful selection of cheeses. My party also had wonderful dishes, including burrata which was really creamy and the bean soup- so tasty. The tiramisu that they ordered was genuinely the best I ever tasted

I highly recommend this ITALIAN restaurant. In Paris where honestly the cuisine is not always the best. Fantastic evening celebrating the anniversary. Lino's great passion and professionalism makes him an Ambassador of Italian cuisine, a sensitive but characterful person. Try it and you will feel at home. Thanks Lino you are a legend. A big hug from us and a kiss ❤️🙏

Stopped in for lunch and what an unexpectedly great experience! The service was wonderful, the food was excellent, and prices seemed fair. My wife really enjoyed the pesto and I thought the rabbit ragout was spot on. I'd say a can't miss.

An Italian welcome, full of charm and chat. We listen to him talk about his menu, his products and his home cooking. Authenticity, looking for the real product, real cuisine and true values. Pasta like never before would eat it. Lino, we enjoyed it. Thank you.

Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighbourhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
