Given this is in itself a tourist attraction, I had somewhat naively expected staff to speak conversational English. To my surprise, our server was very much fluent and was on hand to help with the smallest things. Not fancying a drink, my partner and I...More

To start off I would like to say that we have been avid followers of the Hard Rock Cafe brand for years and besides the food selection offered, I have always come back for the atmosphere as in the laidback, friendly attitude of the staff...More

Amazing service from Guillermo our waiter! He started with helping me out choose my food, it was between two burgers and he suggested the right one, and even went beyond and substituted the cheese for a cheese I liked better. Then our food had been...More

I went there to buy t-shirts and souvenirs for my friends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. She helps me to register my membership with Hard Rock which I don't even know before this.

But great fun, the memorabilia on the walls is not quite as good as London or L.A but we enjoyed our dinner, a bit different from the usual but worth a visit for that burger!
