Been here a couple of times during 30 years. Always been delivering. Traditional and very good service. Food is better than you expect. Seafood is excellent. Very nice atmosphere since the rebuilding. Sitting outside in October and still warm is so nice.

We looked forward to Sunday lunch in Hemingway's old restaurant, and the welcome was friendly. But the service was Paris at its worst - the waiter avoided eye contact even when he was next to you and you talked to him. OK, so he was...More

I booked La Coupole months ago for a birthday dinner, to sit down at 10pm. Our experience sounds identical to other recent reviews of LC - the young lady at the front desk is quite simply the rudest and most clueless person I have come...More

This place is an institution. Variety of food and the shellfish is also consistent. Our favorite are the oysters, tartare and veal kidney's. Does not get much better than this, just put up with the typical French service and enjoy an awesome Brasserie style meal!

Excellent displays, videos etc Well worth going to Blockhouse from the same people on the same trip. Gives a great sense of what things were like.

There is a lady in the entrance that is the rudest person I have seen in a restaurant. Incredible! That was enough to kill the effort of everybody else.

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the
landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that

brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and
parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away
from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and
historical monuments and treasures. In between lie
adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small

Hi! Yes, 90 minutes will be enough time for you and I think you also will have time for coffee. Tell the waiter that you have 1,5 hour and they will set up everything for you. I hope that you will have a great dinner... More

A true Art Deco masterpiece, La Coupole is the most famous Parisian brasserie in the world. Today it is the quintessential symbol of Montparnasse's history, as well as a key component of the art of living and socialising in Paris, particularly in the 14th arrondissement.
