Centrally located 1 star Michelin restaurant in Dijon. We had lunch on a Friday, the simplest menu had two appetizers and two mains to choose from. With dessert 38 euros. French cuisine with very delicate Japanese touches. Impeccable execution, presentation and service. Very nice and...reasonably priced wine list and especially so Champagnes, I know this is Burgundy but if you like bubbles you’ll be very pleasantly surprised by the quality and prices. If you are in the Dijon area absolutely do not miss this restaurant.More

We ate in l‘asperule on my birthday and it really made it to a special day. The food is french/japanese and is platet skillfully and just tasty. The staff is very attentive and always cares about your well being. The prices for the menu is...very reasonable and you recieve great value for money. We left with a big smile on our faces and will recommend this nice restaurant.More

Six of us dined here recently, and had an outstanding meal. Each of the courses was so beautifully presented and was delicious, but the ultimate course was the dessert! The chocolate dessert was swirled and curled, and was totally spectacular...as well as delicious. The strawberry..."napolean" was phenomenal, and again so beautiful. We would highly recommend this restaurant.More

Dinner is expensive, but such refined food comes at a price. We have been twice, the second time was just as enjoyable, with a touch of Japan refinement and imagination applied to very good products. The wine list is great, service is elegantly friendly and effective. Would clearly deserve a Michelin...star as soon as possible.Very well done and very welcome in Dijon!More
