Great restaurant. Came back after 15 odd years. Amazing staff. Food was great. Came out warm and very tasty. My wife is vegetarian and they have a great selection of vegetarian choices.

The salt and pepper chicken wings are the greatest wing to have but then also get the Korean sticky wings too because they’re fantastical. The katsu curry is a belter says Jacob & the salt & pepper squid was divine. Utter amazonian.

Had a fabulous meal here on a quiet Wednesday evening. Staff were very attentive and took their time explaining the menu and giving excellent recommendations. We enjoyed the Singapore vermicelli, Thai green curry and king prawn rice. All which came in huge portions, and tasted incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Went here with partner and step daughter for lunch after taking her back to Uni. Interesting design and concept with a good extensive menu. We had a few different dishes to try and share - the portions were all a good size and quite tasty - although all 3 of us found that every dish was just slightly over salty. This was particularly noticable with the deep fried halloumi which meant that you couldn't taste the halloumi!

Fuzion has always been INCREDIBLE, and I could never fault it. Been eating there regularly for around 5 years, mostly Deliveroo
As part of a croup order I had pad Thai and salt and pepper squid which were always my staples.
Sadly the pad Thai just tasted plain, none of the classic pad Thai flavour and actually didn’t even taste salted. The chicken also tasted like it had been nuked in the microwave, again had no flavour and also tasted a bit off to me so didn’t eat any of it.
The squid was tough and hardly had any salt and pepper seasoning and instead was covered in crispy onions. Usually, it’s the best in Manchester!
I know it’s been lockdown and Covid restrictions, so all businesses have had to alter recipes etc, but this was just so disappointing.
Previously the price was always worth it as it was head and shoulders above all others, but this just was not.
Hoping I just had a bad batch, and would defo give them another chance as they’ve always been fab but if it’s the same next time we order I won’t be going back.
Such a shame!

Went for lunch with son and his girlfriend. They had been a couple of times before and had said how good it was so I knew i had to try it. It was as good as I expected. Friendly service, the food was excellent - very tasty and excellent value for money. Will definitely be going back

Went with my boyfriend for a special occasion, and absolutely loved it! The decor is lovely, and the food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Both Beth and Nicole (hope I remembered the names right!) were fantastic, couldn't ask for more. Thanks again!

Absolutely tasty, big sized portions, lovely service, quick and easy. Priced reasonable, atmosphere was very inviting, different and unique and welcoming!

Freshly cooked, super flavours, great service…we loved it. The menu is really diverse with choices of food & drink to suit all of us from a meat-loving 15 year old to a middle-aged veggie who doesn’t like nuts or cauliflower.

Very disappointed, from a regular customer,
I ordered my food for 18:00 hours and get a message at 17:20 that it's ready.
By the time I got it home it was quite cold.
