Very friendly staff, nice to sit indoors or out on the pavement in the Glasgow sunshine. Savoury croissants were lovely, as were the cannoli, and the Italian Hot Chocolate was to die for.

Very polite and friendly owner, one of the cheaper coffees from a cafe but very good. Clumsy me spilled a bit when taking hold of the cup and not only was the owner fine about it she even topped the coffee back up, and didn't...ask for any additional money.More

I started coming here for coffee during the Covid lockdown in March and have kept coming back. The sandwiches are varied and always made fresh, and I much prefer the coffee here to any of the big chain cafes. Sara is always very friendly and...seems like an attentive owner - I don’t even need to tell her my order now because she remembers it!More

I am giving one star only because the owner who I thought was nice, she is not authentic and that put me off. I found it profoundly unprofessional and unfair that the owner makes fun of clients (in Italian). I had a trial to work...there, and she treated me rudely - by making fun of my performance and personality as well as wishing she could have someone better that me. Of course she didn't pay me for these 3 hours of free rudeness, which is common in trials. Maybe she had a stressful day, who knows. But the overall experience made me cringe - I wish I will be able to reform my opinion about this cafè, maybe in the future! Apart from the owner, coffee is good.More

I had the opportunity to find this little corner of Italy close to the Botanic Garden. I ordered a soup (pea and ham) and a customised sandwich (Italian sausage, provola, broccoli, and sundried tomatoes). The food was amazing and all the ingredients were fresh. I...finished my lunch with a tasty Italian espresso. The service was good and Sara, the owner, is a real character. I would go again to try other sandwiches and some cakes (they look promising). Really good value for money.More

Recently, visited caffe da Sara. This place is amazing and always has customers, which signifies that many people like it. It's very small, but super cozy, has a wide selection of food to choose from. Great coffee and amazing deserts all in Italian style. Highly...recommend it!More

As well as for people visiting the Botanics, those of us in the neighbourhood know this place for friendliness, coffee, pastries. Grad a sandwich to go and sit in the Botanics! Been going here for years. Five Star.

Great place for a coffee or lunch. We used to pay a visit every weekend when living in Glasgow, now we pop by when we're back. The coffee is great, with delicious cakes too! And the sandwiches are perfect for a quick lunch.

We stumbled across this wee cafe when staying nearby and so glad that we did. Great coffee and croissants but what really made it excellent was the service, so friendly, helpful and more than happy to help entertain our 2 year old. Lots of locals...came in when we were here and that I think is always a sign of a good friendly cafe!More

Fantastic coffee, caringly crafted. The large range of small lunches are very tasty and hits the spot. Have a cannoli with your Cappuccino 💪
