Called into this establishment following an evening shopping. We hadn’t been in here since it was done up and wanted a bit bite to eat. When seated to table it took a while to place my order. Bar staff was friendly. I asked about a...draught beer I hadn’t seen before, might be an idea to give punters a small tester to try. Wine selection not great and no cocktail menu but the would make one if required. Ordered the sharing platter which didn’t come with polenta chips got cocktail sausages instead 🤔, overall not bad and will call again to try the beer.More

Booked the Jailhouse only to be told that the kitchen was closed at 6pm, I wasn’t told this when I booked over the phone , also I wasn’t told that my daughter couldn’t sit in the Jailhouse as she is under 18. Fortunately the manager...was able to find room in Henrys restaurant next door & we were able to have a meal there. We all enjoyed our food , good portion size also our server Caithlin was helpful in accommodating my husbands dietary needs even with the limited menu. Will be back again but hopefully won’t have to be moved around venues next time.More

Waited and waited, booked jailhouse only to end up in Henry's bar. Enjoyed the food but truthfully this is a very disappointing restaurant experience no professional service at all. This is the second time I booked it last time they cancelled on me at the...last minute. So won't be going back over all disappointed for which should have been a special night out for us both. To expensive for bar food, with poor service.More

Very well set up with benches through joys entry and a efficient app system. The servers were so friendly and great laugh. Good selection of drinks and music pumping throughout.

We visited this lovely bar in the centre of Belfast 3 weeks ago after visiting the Titanic museum. Loved the very nice decor - we were made most welcome by the excellent staff so we returned the next evening. I enjoyed the cocktails and had...no problem ordering from the efficient floor staff. Will call again next time we're in Belfast.More

Arrived shortly around 11pm and my partner and I were about to order drinks from the app but the young lad serving was happy to take our order and continued to give is excellent service throughout our time there. Was our first time in Belfast having...travelled from Glasgow but as the night went on it got better with good crack from other people in the bar but socially distanced but it was clear we were grateful for some normality in light of the pandemic and the service and surroundings made that possible.Thank you to all..we can’t wait to return..Gerry+Karen (Glasgow)More

Nice place to sit and have a drink with good chill vibes but the service was a let down in terms of staff attitude and the web app for ordering drinks. The service started great with a member of staff coming over to the table...to take the first order and was friendly enough. After the first order of cocktails we were told to use the web app to order. The problem was the web app had a completely different selection of cocktails than the paper menu we ordered from the first time so we weren’t able to order the same drinks again which was disappointing and felt unprofessional. Due to this we had to speak to our original server to order our original drinks. Not a big deal. But then for the next round of drinks the web app stopped working completely and just loaded a blank page so one of the group went into the bar to order at the bar and was told by the same member of staff to return to the table, it was explained to them that the web app was no longer working and they unenthusiastically said they would take our order down at the table. When they came down to take our orders, the first person ordered a cocktail and the server couldn’t have been less impressed as they threw their head back into the air as if to say “god give me strength” before writing the order down. It was really uncomfortable and we felt really awkward after that.More

My girlfriend and I had a booking for 20.15pm which was made via OpenTable. The place was busy so we were not seated for about 15 minutes which is forgivable. When we were given a table we were left with no cocktail or food menus...and we had to wait about 20 minutes for one of the staff to come near our table to get sorted. It was table service only the staff told other patrons so couldn't approach the bar (you had to wait for a server). We were there for 2 hours and the staff came over twice... We had 2 drinks each in total before we eventually decided to leave after not even getting looked at by the staff for 30 minutes after finishing our drinks. I eventually had enough and approached the bar and asked to pay my bill and leave. He asked how everything was and I explained and he just said sorry we're busy... Not even an offer of a drink just happy to see us leave so there was less people it seemed. Seems like a nice place but overall very dissapointedMore
