There are lots of great reviews about this place. However we couldn't find it and have since found out it had closed down. However the high street does offer plenty of other tea rooms.

This tea shop has now been redesigned with a new layout which makes it more spacious. The cakes are delicious and served on dainty china plates and tea cups.

Good cake and coffee but very cramped. As a smoker I was annoyed that one could not smoke outside on the table in the street.

Drank tea in proper China tea cups with a delicious slice of cake ( loved the almond & praline). The lady serving was lovely and couldn't of been more helpful.
