We stopped here on a glorious sunny day in October and sat outside in the courtyard. The ginger scones were incredible. Highly recommend this place for a cream tea!! The staff were very amenable as well!

Friendly helpful staff in this hidden tea room which can be accessed from the National Trust car park. Plenty of choice and freshly made sandwiches.
