We’ve heard such good reviews of Skosh, and they are all correct. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and the friendly and knowledgable staff advised us and served us beautifully. The food more than lived up to expectations. We enjoyed...the fact that the dishes weren’t all served at once (the restaurant specialises in small dishes and recommends you order 6 or 7 between two people), but were brought out gradually so you could savour the food and enjoy it at its freshest. All dishes were delicious, with original and very carefully chosen flavour profiles. A real dining experience. We will definitely be going again.More

Visited this restaurant as a surprise from my wife to celebrate my 50th birthday...if there was a restaurant in heaven this would be it, quite simply the best night of food I’ve ever had and will live long in the memory.

Excellent. Tasty, light, super balanced flavours. Enjoyed every morsel of every plate. Exactly how I like to eat. Great service and very good value for the level of cooking.

Ate here last night for my husbands birthday (had to book months in advance). As always, every dish was fantastic and the flavours totally superb. We had 8 small dishes including 2 deserts, Each of them were beautifully presented and the combinations of items on...the plate mixed perfectly. Went yesterday for lunch. Absolutely perfect in every way. Informal, relaxed ambience combined with spectacular and imaginative food. The presentation of the food is stunning. The highlight was the duck which is served as pate, a confit dish and breast. Skosh is clearly on a...Geordie bucket list as everyone seemed to be from Newcastle!
