We went as a family after reading mixed reviews we still thought we would try the burgers and we were all very hungry after a long day. To begin there is an awful smell inside. We visited the Leicester Square branch. The tables are clearly...not clean and ours was sticky. The food was below average. The mozzarella sticks were actually quite nice, but the chicken burger a disappointment as were the cheesy fries! Worst of all the toilets were an absolute disgrace. The salsa are filthy, the cubicles don’t lock properly, cheap Tesco soap and the toilet roll holders were broken. Don’t waste your money or time here!More

The toilets are disgusting! Server not friendly. The burger is fresh and good. Very loud music which isn’t so nice.

Freshly made burgers come in an amazing variety. The staff are always friendly and polite. The place is decorated well too, it is cosy and comfortable to enjoy a meal with your partner, friends or the whole family. I have been there many many time...and still feel they are the best in burgers. Even their Halloumi burgers are superb. Comparing to what they offer, the prices are good value. It is a must visit.More

I recently visited with my boyfriend as I saw positive reviews about this place. I ordered garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, a spicy beef burger and chips for myself. I wanted to order milkshakes but their milkshake machine wasn't turned on. The starters arrived, instead of...receiving mozzarella sticks and garlic bread, it also came with wings and jalapenos cream cheese. I thought it was nice that they brought out extra food. However, they only gave us two mozzarella sticks and three garlic bread. I would have preferred to have more mozzarella sticks and garlic bread (what I originally ordered) instead of receiving wings and jalapenos cream cheese. Five minutes later our mains arrived while we were still eating the starters. The chips were lovely, it had rosemary and the chips were crunchy on the outside but soft inside. The burger was a let down unfortunately. The sauce was spicy but the beef patty had no flavour, it felt rubbery and slightly overcooked. I'm unsure if I will visit this place again but if I do I will get a chicken burger and not get a starter.More

Five stars for their simplistic concept. The beef burger is a very classical one with no fancy ingredients but the meat is one of good quality. Both bread and fries are delicious. My only criticism is the price of 24 £ for two burgers with...fries and 2 drinks. I think it’s slightly overpriced. Nonetheless I’d recommend everyone to try this place at least once and make their own judgement.More

I visit this restaurant on a regular basis and find their food to be of exceptional quality and their service is friendly. I would recommend anyone who has passion for good food to visit.

Well I don’t know why this place isn’t busier than what it was. Burgers are really nice here and the fries are fantastic. I like the fact that you can get as much Coke as you want and help yourself to mayonnaise and ketchup is...easy. I will go again.More

In West London for a meeting which finished around lunch time, I could not pass up the opportunity to grab a quick burger! As I live outside London I've driven past a few branches of Burgista Bros & always thought to myself, I really need...to try one of their burgers... Judging by some of the reviews, I must've visited when the chef was having a good day! I really enjoyed my burger, it's not the best I've had in London, but would definitely make it in my current top 5 halal burgers. Restaurant was clean, nice decor & service was prompt, prices are a little bit high for what you get, but overall my first experience of Burgista was a good one. I think their strap line does suit "historically good burgers" (not sure about the historically part, but the good burgers fits, they aren't great, but they are good - in my opinion)More

I had recently gotten takeaway from the branch. Chicken burger: The burger did not have any flavour. The chicken was dry other then that I’ve had better at local takeaways. Beef burger: The beef burger was nice, full of flavour as it’s genuine beef. When...I say genuine, they do not mix the beef with much corn or bread crumbs. They use quality meats, very decent. Hot dog: no flavour, processed meat. The bread was dry and hard. You would think a place like this would put effort into using real meat for menu hot dog. I’ll be honest, I know the areas in a slightly pricey part of London. But if they are going to charge those prices, at least come with quality foods. The majority of food was bland, there are places near by that do better foods for less of a price. Price: 4/10 Foods: 4/10More
