Visited Silk and Grain last week with a few friends after work, lovely cool atmosphere, steak was the business and tried a few barrel aged cocktails for the first time. The manager recommended a Negroni, gin, sweet vermouth and Campari!! Delicious!!More

Gilmour & Co Ltd, an independent family run business established in 1946 specialising in the supply of high quality meats and more specifically “Tweed Valley” beef from the Scottish Borders. Our wine list is specially designed to complement the food variety on our menu and boasts wines from all over the world.
