The service and dinner were both amazing. We had the pleasure of dining with Mizan. He made wonderful recommendations for our dining experience. We will definitely come back next time we’re in London.

Overall incredible restaurant experience. The food was excellent, and the service was some of the best restaurant service I've had in a long time. Mizan made sure we all enjoyed our food and were happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

The food was great, the ambience even better but the best was Fahim, who took a great care of us. This was not just simple job, he cared a lot both that we like the food and the restaurant to gain a new client. He...was very kind, attentive and nice. Thank you very much indeed, Fahim!More

We stopped here on Sunday night. We didn't have a reservation but were seated right away. The service was very good. We enjoyed the samosas and paneer chat appetizers, and were glad they had garden salads as an option. I also tried the Tikka Masala,...which was delicious. We declined dessert, but were given a plate of fancy chocolate to finish off our meal at no charge.More

A later train booked allowing time for my wife and I to eat at our favourite Indian restaurant in London. Right opposite Gloucester Road tube station. As always the welcome, service and food was outstanding.

We are from Montreal. The food was simply AMAZING. They obviously are A+ in customer service. They work as a team, so even if you get different servers at least you are always served and you dont have to look for your server! Anyone and...everyone will take care of your table. We were very generous with our tip because of the amazing service we received. We had a little extra extra at the end on top of it all. Now i have to come to england more often just for this restaurantMore

My family of 5 are in London for vacation and wanted to try Indian cuisine while in the city. We aren’t very familiar with Indian cuisine but our waiter Ruhel was very patient with our questions and gave great recommendations. From the starters to the...dessert, we were very happy with our meals. They understood that we couldn’t handle very spicy foods so it was a little tamer than most. The butter chicken, tiki masala, chicken rice biriyani, garlic naan, saag. Were delicious. Our desserts were great. Customer service was fast, courteous, friendly, professional. Highly recommend…and ask for RuhelMore

We had a wonderful evening meal at Light of India. It's our third time to visit the restaurant and we were greeted by extremely friendly staff (as always). We were met by Maruf and he remembered us personally, as well as our last order. It...was a pleasure to have Maruf as our waiter and he always gives amazing food recommendations. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening again and look forward to seeing you for a forth time in the future.More

Ruhel was very welcoming and warm. It was my brothers birthday and we even had a brownie cake for him with a song. Service was exceptional and I would definitely recommend the place. Oh and also, they accommodate Jain menu as well ☺️

Ascend the Grand White Stairs and get greeted and then seated in the refined dining room .. the staff is eager to explain any of the menu items for taste and level of spice for your pallet. Our server Ruhel offered some great suggestions on...appetizers and main dishes that met our spice requirements.. and we combined them into a wonderful dinner. Food and Service was excellentMore
