Visited this Italian restaurant for lunch, before going to the theatre. The place is between Knightsbridge and Hyde Park in a nice passage. The atmosphere is good, they have Italian music. We had porchetta as a starter, the taste was good and the meat was...soft and tender. Then we had bucatini alla amatriciana and gricia. Both were delicious, pasta perfectly cooked and the sauce covering everything. Both the pastas had guanciale, making the pastas with the original taste. The staff should smile, customers need to feel a home, not a client. Anyway, it's a great Italian restaurant and I recommend it.More

Very quaint small restaurant close to Harrod’s. Food was great and our waiter Nikon was fabulous. The portions were perfect for a single person.

Oh dear. A lovely alluring setting in an intimate alley, small and romantic. Not. So very disappointing. Obviously over rated and overbooked. Pasta like library paste and I like my pasta al dente! A few Candles and a welcoming waitstaff could redeem this pretty place,...and it would help to have all the to go food pickups elsewhere than the entrance. It spoils the ambience even more.More

Perfect atmosphere, amazing service and incredibly tasty food! The montanara fried pizza was the best thing I ate in London in a long time and the service was lovely. Fat, our manager, made our experience incredibly pleasant!

We flew into London from Seattle yesterday and is our custom we walked through Hyde Park to shake out the cobwebs. My wife found the Osteria Romana on Google maps. It is located in Knightsbridge near the southeast corner of Hyde Park. What a delightful...experience! Great service, good Italian wine, and the rigatoni oxtail ragu was just wonderful. Highly recommend you try this lovely restaurant. L & L WilliamsMore

Exceptional - the staff went out of their way to make our visit memorable. We were celebrating our son’s 2nd birthday and the whole restaurant sang to him which was a lovely touch. The food was incredible, best pasta in London and we can’t wait...to return and will recommend to our friends too!More
