I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance when looking for our next girls bottomless brunch venue and was not disappointed! The menu is extensive, there are loads of choices and it is really good value if you look at the price of the dishes if...ordered individually (there is a set price for 3 courses & bottomless drinks). The food itself was lovely, sometimes the food is secondary on a bottomless brunch but it was the star. There was a live singer and he was amazing too! My only comment would be service and drink top ups were a little slow, we were never approached and offered we had to constantly ask which is why the 4 stars instead of 5. I think this needs to be worked on to live up to the bottomless name!More

We decided to visit here for our 6th anniversary. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a nice ambience. The food in my opinion is average. Portion sizes are small (several mouthfuls worth) and will set you back around £20 per dish minimum. This would...be more bearable if the flavour was something to talk about, however my dishes could best be described as bland. On two different occasions we had to ask twice for something we ordered even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Albeit not a huge problem I would expect a more attentive service for a meal that cost just shy of £250. It’s also good practise to follow up with a table and ask how everything is going, again this did not happen. I’m shocked by the lack of restaurants that do this. If anything, it offers an upswell opportunity on drinks etc. I was hoping for a little surprise from the restaurants given it was our 6th year anniversary. Nothing too crazy, even just a little dessert or mention saying congratulations, however this was the first restaurant to not acknowledge my message prior to booking. It’s these little details that add up to make a place worth revisiting and recommending. Unfortunately II Pampero failed to do this for a price tag that should deliver this as standard.More

Our daughters had treated us to an overnight stay at The Hari hotel to include breakfast. This was a 50th wedding anniversary present from them. The hotel was superb and we had a perfect room. However, when we arrived for breakfast in Il Pampero the...next day we were shown to our table and left waiting for some time. We asked a passing waiter if we could order coffee and breakfast. We waited 20 minutes for the coffee, but no sign of our breakfast. We noted the restaurant was not busy, probably 5 tables at most. A group of 4-5 near us were having a “breakfast meeting” and they were being served whilst we were still waiting. We decided, after waiting another 45 minutes (over an hour in total); we would leave. We have never had such poor service with no explanation before. The hotel apologised and refunded the cost but that is not the point. Our breakfast fiasco ruined what had been a lovely surprise present.More

Delicious food and wine in a splendid stylish ambiente ! Everything was literally flawless, but the most important : the staff was excellent. The service was perfect with only positive friendly vibes. Especially the manager Vittorio gave outstanding recommandations and with an Italian charm that...gives you the feeling to travel for a moment, cares for you, as if you would be the only customer. I rarely see such a pleasant communicatons with collegues whilst staying highly professional. His collegues Ilenia, Pablo, Sante, Dario and Marta this guys did an awesome job making me good mood every day. I stayed in The Hari for 7 nights and I really enjoyed coming to Il Pampero every morning to one of my best breakfast meals I ever tried, lunch at the terrace, and wonderful Italian dinner, as much as possible... and somtimes even stayed until late at the bar, enjoying the amazing cocktails and the greatest company I could ever imagine! Nevertheless, I can't say that I didn't enjoy the room service too - fantastico. Thank you so much for everything <3More

Il Pampero delivered the best brunch experience! My friends and I were spoilt by choices with delicious food and boozy brunch drinks. There is a signature Italian flare which sets the menu apart and is definitely worth a try if you ever get the chance....Every single dish we tried was a delicious contemporary twist on Italian classics, which was fabulously varied throughout the menu. The clam pasta and the poached eggs with crab and herring caviar proved to be a favourite among everyone in our party. The service was flawless at every step and felt completely spoilt. The understated acoustic live music really made this a memorable experience. Overall, Il Pampero offers the perfect blend of delicious food, excellent service and relaxed atmosphere with an Italian twist!More

I was at il Pampero for a fundraising dinner. The food was outstanding and the wine was superb. Whilst we had a limited dinner menu as it was a function, they were dishes from the regular menu. The service was excellent, the sommelier was knowledgeable...and friendly. I would definitely come back here again - I have seen the usual menu and would love to try other dishes! Excellent experience! A huge success for the chef Matteo, definitely compliments to the chef (I believe he said he was from Rome) Sadly I tucked into my food too enthusiastically and forgot to take photos!More

The restaurant offers excellent dishes, presented with creativity and modern twist! Very good ambiance, perfect for a romantic dinner, business gathering or birthday celebrations. The service is professional and the new head chef Matteo created a real gastronomic experience. The menu satisfies any dietary preferences,...my favourite dishes are the ‘deceiving pizza’ which is a carpaccio, the ‘beetroot goat cheese and lovage’ and the ‘fagottini carbonara’. I already made few more bookings for different occasions and looking forward to be back there!More

I had dinner with my girlfriend at Il Pampero. As soon as you enter the restaurant the atmospbere is warm and cozy while maintaining the elegance you would expect in a 5 star luxury hotel. All the staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. The food...brings to the table all the italian tradition and tastes concealed in a contemporary and inspiring look. The Tiramisu and Carbonara Fagottini alone are worth the dinner. I was surprised to hear it is not yet a Michelin star restaurant! We will definitly come back to further explore Chef Matteo's creations.More

Amazing refined dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday! The restaurant is small, but quite and cozy. The forniture is elegant and mimimal. As soon as you enter, you can definitely tell that you are in the restaurant of a 5 star hotel. The...staff is extremely professional and kind. The food is absolutely up to well-known Michelin star restaurants in London: each dish tells a story and has researched combinations of tastes and textures. My boyfriend and I shared some dishes, everything was very good, but I would particularly recommend the "Tiramisù" as an appetizer and the "Carbonara Fagottini": this was absolutely amazing! At the end of the dinner, the Chef came in person to meet us and make sure that everything was fine. We really appreciated that as it is not very common. I will come back for sure, looking forward to try other dishes. Thanks for this great experience!More
