A cake was ordered for a milestone birthday, the end product was a completely ruined cake that could not be used. The manager had the audacity to say it was kicked and dropped. Customer service has not been helpful at all. If you want to...More

Food was OK and good location. Big servings for breakfast and good coffee. Not the most amazing food but quick and big servings.

We like Patisserie Valerie, you know you will always get a warm welcome from helpful friendly staff and this branch was no different. With a great choice of yummy cakes and savouries and free coffee with our Barclays Premier app, who could ask for more!...More

There was my best cafe in London for last 13 years, but since last year I started to avoid it. It looks like the staff chaneged. Last two times I had to leave didn’t receive a menu after 20 minuets of waiting. Even the same...More

We love Patisserie Valerie and this branch is ideally placed on our walk into town from the station. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food quality high and value for money good given the portion sizes and the yummyness of the cakes....More

Service was slow to start, but once we had ordered our afternoon tea we found the sandwiches to be fresh and plentiful. Scones were on the small side, but fresh and came with clotted cream and strawberry jam. The mini cakes were also nice. A...More

Good place to meet over coffee and cake. A bit expensive but you are in Marylebone High Street. Friendly staff but the place needs lick of paint and the loos are terrible.

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
